Unreal western food! Best in town! Minh thien was a great waitress, looked after us well. Highly recommend this place.

Good experiences while take a dining here, everything is good though, services to food, prices is quite suitable for a lovely and cozy atmosphere.

Can’t believe that I went to Hanoi and I ate pizza. That is what everyone says to me but in truth, the pizza at 4P is just so amazing and delicious. Better than a lot of pizzas that I can find back in Malaysia. Seriously, from the fresh ingredients and how generous they are with it, makes the pizza here all too good.

My personal favourite is the 5 cheese pizza with honey. It is an amazing blend of both savoury and sweet, a true lovely combination of flavours on a pizza which I initially thought wouldn’t work at all.

I would definitely encourage everyone to try it when you are there and you won’t be disappointed at all.

Not much more to say about the food and service which has become a standard to behold in the market. Today there was a misunderstanding between me and the waiter about my order, after a few back and forth the waiter agreed to cancel the wrong order and even added in a free dessert.

Great place! Amazing pizza, pasta, desserts. Super friendly staff. They offered free dessert after mistake in pizza. Suggestions for improvement - write every ingredient in menu and more variety of craft beer.

Whenever we’re back in Vietnam we go to Pizza4P at least twice. It was our first time in this location but the food was as spectacular as ever. Only criticism would be that the mushroom pizza was significantly better in one of their branches in HCMC but delicious nonetheless.

Always best service no matter how crowded the place might be. The staff are very efficient and lovely.

I ordered home via grab. The pizza was great, good price, and it got just on time as predicted.

Didnt expect such amazing pizza quality in Hanoi. The pizza crust really reminds me of those i have had in Milan, smokey and thin. The tomato paste acidity is so sharp and the calamari on top of it was so fresh, not rubbery and well cooked. Beef pizza was really novel and tantalising to my taste buds. Well done!

First thing that happened was I went to the wrong location which ended up being under construction. The manager, who was the nicest man ever paid for a taxi so I could get to the right location. Once I arrived I was treated to some of the best service I've ever had. The food was fantastic and the service was even better as Vy was best waitress ever. There was one item I ordered that was my fault not reading the ingredients that wasn't for me and they apologized over and over. I ordered something different and they were more than happy to take care of it even though I demanded to pay for the item. They wouldn't let ke. I can't say enough of what a classy and wonderful establishment this is and if you have time to be so lucky to eat there please do. Thank you to the awesome manager and his staff for making it a special experience.

Ended up being the first place we ate here in Hanoi. Food was extremely, extremely delicious. Staff was unbelievably professional and courteous. Highly highly recommend, this place deserves its ratings.
