Vinmec International Hospital

Simply the best Hospital in Hanoi. Expensive yes but not too much. High quality clean and professional staff. Located inside Times City it allows it to have also a clean neighborhood. I highly recommend this hospital. Also many staff are English speakers so it's good for foreigners

The best hospital experience i have ever experienced. Great staff, Nurses and doctors and great value for money. Better than most of the facilities i have used in all over the world.

Everyone spoke English, I felt very safe in their hands. Doctor Nguyen Vinh Toan
explained everything and answered all my questions , super nice and also the pharmacy . The cost for consolidation is 1300k and after 5pm it's 1800k.

Best valued medical service, I got shoulder dislocation while was traveling. I booked appointment on Mon morning and immediately 24/7 hospital service called me to confirm. After few techniques with X-ray and diagnosis, doctor of orthopaedic surgery gave me order to stay at hospital and indicated me an osteopathy treatment within day. I'm recovering fast with 5-star service here. Thanks!

I had a emergency visit to VinMec with colitis which I didn't know I had. I arrived at VinMec at 5 am and was greeted by the amazing nurses and doctors. They instantly checked my vitals and assessed the situation professionally. Within 3 hours everything was done to get a diagnosis including an ultrasound of every major organ, a ct scan of every major organ, a blood test, urine test and a fecal matter test. I was inlayed for 2 nights and was taken care of better than I could wish for.

Being originally from Sweden the difference in hospital care was night and day. In Sweden you wouldn't get 1/1000 of the care I got for any amount of money. So I was happily surprised that vietnamese doctors and nurses were so competent and professional. I would STRONGLY recommend anyone to visit VinMec.

I'm from the US. Came here for a severe tonsil infection. If you are a westerner and need to see a doctor in Hanoi, you want to go to this hospital. It's clean, it's not crowded, they speak English, you won't wait too long, and they will take good care of you.

I cam here with sinus issues..made and appointment via the app only a couple of hours agao. Service was quick and I felt in very competent hands. The doctor explained everything in very detail.

I had a great experience at this hospital, I was involved in an incident at a bar late night, after driving around going to local hospitals we were sent here as a place for foreigners.
The nurse was very professional, the doctor was also very friendly and professional, they stitched me up, sent me on my way and I came back the next day for a check up. It was also a smooth experience.
The nurses English wasn't great but it was good for basic conversation.
I also met an English fellow who had his girlfriend diagnosed with some parasites and he was happy there.

I've had many procedures here and trust their competency. Foriegn and Vietnamese doctors trained overseas, about as good as one can find in Vietnam. Meets minimum international standards and far exceeds most other hospitals in Hanoi.

I was taken here with pains associated with gastroenteritis, and the marvellous nurses and doctors were proactive and soon diagnosed me with acute pancreatitis, too. The whole experience was wonderful (I don't think I've ever said this about an illness before). A huge thank you must be given to Lė Thi Mai (amazing English, really kind and fantastic bedside manner) on the emergency ward and to all staff on the 6th floor general medical unit (lovely and talented medical professionals) who looked after me for four days. This is an EXCEPTIONAL hospital. I can recommend to everyone, especially foreigners who do not speak Vietnamese, as most staff have good English. Clean, luxurious, modern hospital with excellent medical facilities and professional, experienced staff. Thank you for curing me!!!!!!

Great place for international people. Looks like a 5 star hotel. My wife delivered a baby here and nurse and doctors took care well. Of course at discharge u may need to wait for insurance confirmation which is normal.

My wife gave birth to our son last night (4th August 2016) and the service has been second to none.

We booked a package when my wife was 36 weeks pregnant and from that time right up to now, the staff have all been so wonderful and obliging to our every need, yes it looks like a 5-star hotel, this is true, BUT the service you get is more like a 7-star hotel.

Yes, my wife is Vietnamese and I am a foreigner, you may think with what some people have said it was hard to find someone who spoke English to let me know all that was happening, far from it, all I had to do was ask for a translator and within minutes’ one was there with perfect English.

To summarise this to all expecting mothers, “Vinmec is the place to go if you want peace of mind and a hassle free delivery with great after service and happy faces all around you”
