10/10 - No notes. This is by far the best tour I’ve ever been on in my life.

Liam, the owner, was incredibly friendly and took great care of us, organizing tickets to and from Ha Giang and even helping us book tours in other places in Vietnam.

Our English speaking tour guide, Stephan, was amazing. She took care of us at every step of the tour, and our group of 8 felt so safe and taken care of. She facilitated great activities including two hikes, one on the loop on day 2, and another up to a cave on day 3. She and all the drivers were safe, fun, and brought unforgettable vibes to the tour.

The home stays were comfy, clean, and fun. The food was delicious, and they were so accommodating with different dietary needs for us. The drivers had fresh water bottles for us daily, had ponchos when it rained. Added benefit of how committed Stephan and all the drivers were of getting awesome pics of us throughout the tour. 🤩

If you’re debating which tour to take in Ha Giang, I guarantee you this is the best one out there.

The Ha Giang Loop Tours arranged by Lila Inn are absolutely the best! We had a wonderful trip with two amazing English speaking guides. They arranged everything from transport to and from Ha Giang to raincoats for the loop.

We booked the 3 day, 3 nights trip and we got to experience the most incredible views of the mountains, a trekking tour in the mountains by the red river and a dip in a waterfall. We had a personal driver each and a two guides. Because the group was so small the tour was very personal and customised to our liking. The drivers were super skilled and we felt very safe even when driving through flooded roads, muddy terrain or the countless narrow turns.

If we have one advise for people: do it! It will most probably be the best thing you do on your trip

Motorbike Tour Ha Giang - this was the best tour I have ever booked. We were a group of 8 and Liam (owner) facilitated everything for us including bus tickets to/from Ha Giang.

The trip was immaculately planned including breaks at non-touristic spots, amazing food and clean/comfortable homestays. We were able to explore hikes and caves that no other tour groups offer. The drivers were safe, friendly and always helpful. Massive love for the Lila Inn crew, I can’t recommend this tour enough

Motorbike Tour Ha Giang - 4 days 3 nights.
We had the most incredible 4 days completing the Ha Giang loop with Lila Inn Travel Service. Liem was so helpful and answered any queries we had. He helped us massively when we were trying to get back from Ha Giang to Hanoi, so he really is there for anything you need. The loop itself was fantastic, and our easy riders Tuan and Vinh made the whole experience great. We visited so many amazing viewpoints and stop offs, ones that are a bit more secluded as well, so at times, we were the only people there - amazing for photo opportunities.
We miss it already! Special thanks to our easy riders for not only keeping us safe but for making our trip so enjoyable and taking some fab photos of us 📸

Just got back from 4 days/3 nights tour on Ha Giang loop arranged with Lila Inn and I can not begin to express how incredibly lucky I feel to have had this experience. When I arrived I gathered information from Liam about the trip. I had wanted to drive myself but he encouraged me for safety and insurance reasons without the proper paperwork that I should go with a guide. Best decision ever. Having an easy rider made this experience so much more meaningful and took away the stress of driving, navigating, and arranging food and accommodation. I had Tuyen as my guide and there was never a moment that I didn’t feel safe or cared for. Lila Inn specializes in small groups and more local routes. There were times I was the only tourists at a place, taking the smaller local paths off the main route. It was definitely an experience I will cherish for my lifetime. The scenery and the culture that you see are by far the best I’ve seen in Vietnam. Liam, Tuyen, and all the staff at Lila Inn are so sweet and really do offer the best Ha Giang loop experience!

We just got back from the Ha Giang loop and it was AMAZING! They took us to SO many places that other groups definitely did not. The first day they took us to a beautiful waterfall and a cave. They also took us on a hike on the side of a mountain which was gorgeous and to many different villages! Their itinerary is very different from others and they only offer easy riders so it’s super safe! Their drivers were amazing and would go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They also took SO many pictures of us and were a blast to hang out with at night! The food was incredible and the homestays were so nice too. They also only do small group tours! Our drivers were Huy, Minh, Duong, and Thành and they were phenomenal! Highly recommend this tour company!

Ninh was my easyrider. A kind and funny person, always helpful and a great photographer! Everything was taken care of especially because of Liem. He organized everything in the best way.
It was the best motorbike tour in Ha giang! Best experience ever.

My friend and I are so happy about this tour. We’ve choose the 4 days - 3 nights trip and I’d love to do it again and again. The landscapes of the Hagian Loop are just stunning. The guides took us to non-touristy places, it was really authentic and very pleasant to travel in a small group. We did the loop in 3 days with Mr. Tuan, Mr. Tuyen and Mr. Dai as our drivers and it was an amazing experience. They have been very kind and friendly. They know some unique spots apart from the more touristic spots. Due to the small group (we were 3) the tour was very flexible.

Great service from the manager of Lila's Inn! Welcoming, helpful, good prices, no surprise, interesting hints about hidden waterfalls and off the loop points of interest! We rent a bike for 4 days without tour. Perfect! Many thanks

My friend and I booked a private tour with them. It was 3 nights and 4 days for the Ha Giang loop. They were two drivers and us. I really recommend it. It was amazing. We had our private room every night and the drivers try to find the best for you and what you like or looking for. They bring us in local place and avoid the tour with a lot of people. He wasn’t that expensive compare to the other tour. All including we paid 200€ because of the têt but otherwise is 180€.
They drive super safe and not that fast so we have plenty of time to enjoy the view and they stop as much as you want. I really recommend it !! Best experience in Vietnam because of them !

This is my fifth trip to Vietnam. And my second trip on the Ha Giang loop. Liam and his staff really know their stuff, he is a master arranger.... From accommodations, to motorbike rentals, to buses to and from Hanoi or Sapa, etc. He is a one-stop shop of satisfaction. One thing we really appreciated was the option of a full-sized motorcycle... It really made the trip with my wife behind me a lot more pleasurable, it's a little more money but on the trip of a lifetime I would recommend it. So much more comfortable.... We had considered riding independently but because it was her first trip, I thought if I drove she could enjoy the scenery. Additionally, we hired a guide through Lila hostel, I really recommend it. Our guide Dong was the best.... He told me he spends 27 days a month on the loop! We saw things I never saw on my first trip around. Liam and Lila hostel really hooked us up. We cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone considering travel in and around northwestern Vietnam . Good job gang! We love and appreciate you! - Christopher and Crystal.

We rented motorbike in this place. Price us the best in town! Bikes are new, absolutely no issues with them: just add petrol and drive :)
We didn't know that you can rent tour here. Liam, owner, seems very knowledgeable about Ha Giang area, he told us many interesting things. But unfortunately we already planned our trip, booked hotels, etc., so we didn't have chance to participate in his tours. Probably, next time :)
Hotel is located on small street, far from main traffic. So, it is not noisy at all. The only disadvantage is not perfect noise isolation between rooms, but for us it was mot the issue (though I'm very sensitive to noise). Also Liam gives you earplugs for free, so it should not be an issue at all.
Though it is located on small street, area with lots of restaurants is in a walkable distance.
I was recommended to stay in this place and I'm very satisfied! Now it is my turn - I highly recommend this place to you! :)

Amazing hotel and staff, the room was spacious and super clean (and very affordable!). We arrived late and the host was waiting for us, we rented a high quality bike directly from the hotel with all the necessary advice and best route for the loop! When we came back, we were able to shower and change before catching our night bus, which is a big plus after 4 days of moto trip :) definitely recommend!

Had the best time on the 2D1N loop!

I was a bit nervous because I had never been on a motorbike before, but my driver Dai was amazing and made sure I was super safe, comfortable and happy the entire time.

The small group size, food and accomodation was also really good, and the communication from Lila Inn was great and made our transfers to and from Ha Giang smooth. Would recommend!

Great place! Stayed here the night before the loop. The bikes were great quality, the morning meeting and route info was really good. I stayed 1 night when I returned from the loop. There was an issue with another guest and the owner with the glasses was very professional in dealing with the situation. Overall my favorite hostel in Vietnam. The beds are super big, with curtains, lights, and outlets. They have even added a lock box and space for your bag at the end of the bed. They have literally thought of everything!

There are plenty of showers and bathrooms to accommodate everyone and are outside the rooms which is nice. Such a good vibe here and unbeatable price. The owner is a lot of fun and very kind. Don’t think twice, just go here!

This was the best tour of my life. I would highly recommend Stephan as a tour guide/easy rider. She was great, she took us to less touristy and more special places and she drove very carefully. Me and my friend were actually alone on the tour and in all the other groups were at least 10 people. Book with them and you won’t regret it.

Liam was amazing! They rent us a motorbike Honda incredible for the loop! So safe and comfortable. Liam gave us an nice explanation of everything on the road and extra tips to enjoy at maximum the ride.
Our stay in the hotel Lila was also good!

Stayed here for 1 night and absolutely loved it. This place is a GREAT place to start your journey around the Ha Giang. The bed is soft, the shower is good, the a/c works, the service is awesome, always greeted with a smile and the breakfast was very nice too!
