We had 3 amazing days with our easy riders. Everything was done for us and the stops for the views where wonderful! We never felt unsafe and also shared a lot of laughs 🤣

Nous avons fait le treck en scooter sur 2 jours et 1 nuit, le 1 et 2 mars 2024.
Nous en gardons un souvenir mémorable avec des paysages incroyables. Tout cela accompagnées d’un guide Lân, qui a été disponible, souriante et d’une immense gentillesse 😇
Nous nous sommes senties en totale sécurité avec nos easydriver tout le long du trajet.
Merci beaucoup Lân de nous avoir partagé ta province et rendu ce road trip inoubliable ☺

Chúng tôi đã đi xe từ tp Hà Giang sang bên Cao Bằng

Nhân viên thân thiện, cơ sở sạch sẽ, nhà mình tới lúc 2h sáng anh chủ có chỗ nghỉ miễn phí để chờ tới sáng. Xe máy mới đi rất êm. Lần sau quay lại Hà Giang nhất định sẽ quay lại đây

Totally agree with previous post! Not sure if it's the hostel to blame, but do not trust this guys for a ha giang loop. Your better off just renting the bike driving yourself then!
The guys/guides/drivers are lovely, and its not their fault, but we got sold a 4 day 3 night tour with an experienced English speaking guide. We had no one speaking English with, or to, us. Hence they put us in the wrong group, so we ended up getting 3 days 2 nights. More than enough since we just had to hunt after them, yet feeling like prey, since no one communicated anything. For us they kept stopping, but not a word of why, where or how long. No information, also, no introduction or instructions at all. No question if you every driven a bike before, just lucky we taught each other in the group and no one got hurt.
The agency that sold us the trip, at 53 Hang Dao in Old Quaters in Hanoi, kept trying to cover with more lies and was not helpful at all. We had to drag police into the office to get any refund at all, yet if they did neither provide us the whole trip, or private room we paid for. Can't recommend this to anyone unfortunately. Of the ones we met at the road, jasmine tours or mamas house was the larger groups, but with English speaking guides informing them of road quality, length to drive, stops etc. Different story then cos the views are stunning yet if it is very crowded with tourism.

I wanted to give you some feedback on this 3-day trip loop because, to be honest, I didn't like a lot of things about it.
You told us that the guide spoke English but he didn't speak anyword and without datas communication was impossible. The Russian fell 3 times on the 1st descent and it was me who had to explain engine braking to him and how to brake.
All the other tours had protections that they had a driver and even more so if they were driving themselves.
Motorbikes are not made for the rain or for these kind of path, at the very least you need cross bikes for grip and safety.
The guide had his head in the handlebars all long 3 days and never stopped to take a few photos, so we were fast right up to the meal or the hotel, but for that I would have had to rent a motorbike without a guide, as more and more French people are doing that cost 6$ by day .
If I sum it up, not a word of English and no break is not called a tour, especially in the most beautiful landscape in Vietnam.
Yesterday you tried to take 600,000 more for thé bus to Cat Ba but you have no chance it mentionned on your présentation you sent me before start, which is not respectful and that's why I'm going to put a review on Google with all these details so that you won't be surprised.
