Long Hotel

The hostel is great. Super friendly staff, great food with many vegetarian options, breakfast included. You can even book bikes for Ha Giang Loop here. They helped us book bus both ways too and even moved us to a different room when we did not like the first one they put us in.
The Wifi was very decent too!

Perfect, clean, comfy Room.
Good service rental motorbike in best condition, breakfast and dinner. Laundry service. Bus Tickets. They help you in any kind of questions and matters. Very friendly and welcoming. If I stay in Ha Giang I would like to came back Any time. Great Job guys !

Out of my 20 stays in Vietnam, this was my FAVOURITE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I booked the most expensive room (4th floor, very big window) at just 350k and it was extremely good value. A fridge, kettle, wardrobe, air con, fan all inc.
I stayed an extra night because I felt at home straight away. I didn’t booked the Ha Giang Loop through the ‘hotel’ but I didn’t feel outcasted at all. The food was really good as well as the FREE BREAKFAST!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommend to stay at the Long Hotel in Ha Giang! Super nice stuff, beautiful mountain view, good location, delicious food, fancy shakes and delicious Vietnamese coffee! :)
If you want to do the Ha Giang Loop, rent a motorbike directly from next door - Kiki's House! While you go on the loop trip you can keep your luggage at the Long Hotel - super nice service!
My room was really nice and clean. I regret that I didn't have time to stay more nights.

You like coffee? Then you will love the famous Vietnamese coffee - try all different styles :) I also recommend the shakes!!!

Long Hotel is a modern traveler’s place with good rooms, very good beds, large lounge, eating area with pool table and perfect service travellers.
We stayed a week mid-March and another few days after the loop in the Karst Plateau.
Big plus: the available Twin-room with mountain view had two large (1.20x2.00) single beds, good enough for couple to share.
Unfortunately there are no chairs in the rooms and in our room no hangers for cloth – other rooms had.
We did not see or get the insurance contract for the 100.000 extra per day for motorbike insurance.
When you stay longer than three days, the breakfast options get a bit the same.

We would rate 4 out 5, but give an extra plus point to Kiki and staff for holding up the flag in corona-crises, doing everything to make the stay and the time of travelers as good as possible.

And: fantastic round view from the rooftop!

Anyway a very recommendable option in Ha Giang!

Modern, clean, enough facility hotel. Staffs are very friendly. You could rent motorcycle here. Light breakfast is served.

Hotel ottimo per partire per il loop. Servizio noleggio scooter perfetto, con contratto e tutto in regola. Ci hanno prenotato anche il minivan da e per Hanoi ad un prezzo ottimo. Personale giovane e gentilissimo. Prezzi adeguati.

Khách sạn mới sạch sẽ, phòng view đẹp , đệm êm. Có bàn chơi pi-a miễn phí. Bữa sáng tuyệt vời.

Sauber, nett, haben gut geschlafen, haben wäscheservice, geräumiges zimmer..., 350k, haben auch welche für 300k.
