Mama's homestay in the center

We honestly had the best time doing the ha giang loop with mamas! The homestay’s were good. It’s a lot of beds in one room but that’s the fun of it and you get to meet so many people. The easy riders were amazing and we felt so safe the whole time. The food was also really nice, sometimes a bit cold but we didn’t care at all and they have to cook for so many people so it’s a lot to organise, it was always ready when we arrived and there was so much for everyone to enjoy! We had the best time and we really recommend, you didn’t really have to think of anything they sorted everything out for you!

Had a super great time doing the loop with Mamas from the 4/11 - comfortable Homestays, tasty food, questionable karaoke and special thanks to my driver Chuyen for making the ride so much fun. I was super anxious about being on a motorbike but he made it so much fun, pointed out a bunch of cool things along the way, made special stops for the group when requested + reassured me the whole time that I was alright. All the easy riders in our group were a credit to Mamas and make the experience what it is so thanks to them!

One of the best things you can do in Vietnam. Breathtaking views, landscapes and an absolute must to do is the 4D/3N tour.

It’s a big organisation so do not expect too much of a personal approach, but know that you will bond with your group in such a short amount of time. Easy riders are very well trained and for self driving they have good motorbikes.

Our group leader Van Tue is the absolute best. He makes sure this will become an unforgettable experience for you. Make sure you’re in his group. Big thanks to Mama’s, group 2 and especially Van Tue!

I loved the Ha Giang trip and my easy driver Phan Giang is the absolute best. Driving through these majestic mountains. I just can’t get enough of the views.

About Mama’s.. You should know that this is a big company. When we did the tour they were actually overbooked. Over 100 people per day, which made some people had to be rebooked to other homestays. Also most of the drivers don’t speak any English.

What you get in return is great people with memorable parties in the evening, the best and most warmhearted easy drivers, competitive prices, good and new motorbikes if you’re self driving. Also, if you go self-driving without a license, mama’s will take care of it. The experience comes from your fellow travelers not so much of the personal approach of Mama’s. But hands down a bucket-list tour!

What a great experience! Me and my friend were driving ourselves but always surrounded by the easy riders who were always there to help us. For example with attaching everything on the bike, getting the protecting gear on etc. Diêm was the leader in our group and did a great job. He made sure everyone was keeping up with the pace and he was always smiling.
He made sure that the group was in a good mood! I would definitely recommend mama’s! Thanks for everything!

The building was lovely, clean and welcoming.

The beds were big, had curtains, a charging port, fan and a mini locker for each one.

Each of the dorms also had their own bathroom.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English.

I'd 100% staying here over the other mamas accommodations when doing the Ha Giang loop.

Did the 4 days 3 nights Ha Giang Loop with Mama’s and it was amazing. My easyrider Tuan and the rider of my friend (Phung) were really experienced and I felt really safe. The nature is so beautiful and at night you do karaoke with the whole group. Would definitely recommend!

It was perfect! Everything was organized so well, had such a good easyrider (Fum), they where all so nice! Had so much fun with the group. The whole experience was amazing! Beautiful views on the loop, very nice homestays on the way and food all taken care off, even vegetarian. I would recommend 4 days cause you just don’t want to miss out on anything. I chose to do the 4D/3N tour with an easy rider and it is defiantly the best thing I have done so far while travelling. I can say nothing but great things about my experience. My easy rider was Hon and he was absolutely incredible, a very skilled and careful driver helped me feel so safe and taken care of while doing the loop. Highly recommend booking, the views were some of the most incredible things I have ever seen in my life. Thank you so much again Hon for making me feel so safe and making the best memories while away!

What an amazing experience Mama's Ha Giang Loop tour was! I actually stayed at the homestay Mama's which was quieter and more comfortable, though less social. They drove us over to the backpackers in the morning for the tour. I am terrified of heights and was quite nervous about the tour but the team encouraged me to do it, and I am so thankful they did! I did the 4 day 3 night and drove myself (slowly xD). The guides are fantastic, they look after you so well and as I was so slow there was always one behind me making sure I was okay, but also never ever rushing me! His name was Hùynh, I cannot thank him and the other drivers enough as I could not have done one of the most amazing experiences of my life without them!!

What an amazing experience. Everything was so well organized and I really enjoyed it. Definitely worth the price. I would personally recommend to do the 4D/3N tour so that you're in a less hurry.

Very nice hostel and the people who worked there were super helpful. The beds in the dorm were not comfortable but it’s okay for 1 night. Did the loop with them 10/10 and the drivers were amazing. The beds at the home stays are really good too

I only give 5 stars for the easy riders. They were amazing and extremely experienced with the motorcycles. They really made us feel at ease. We were only two people, which was perfect if you're not into partying. I can only speak highly of the easy riders. However, the hostel itself was not worth $20 for a private room. The mattress smelled, and you could hear everything in the mama’s hostel, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The food at the hotel was okay, nothing special.

We have just got back from doing the 4D/3N tour with Mamas and it was amazing!! By far our best experience whilst travelling. We both had easy riders and felt really safe the whole time.
My driver Thanh was amazing and was always keeping an eye on the self drivers to make sure they were okay.
All the homestays were lovely and the meals were great.
The drivers English isn’t great, although, you get by with no problem using Google Translate.
It was an unforgettable experience.

Best 4 days ever. some of the most beautiful views i have ever seen. my easy driver Manh xuan helped me feel so safe and was so lovely. the leader of our group viêt chuyển was also great, all of the east riders were so lovely and i can’t fault them at all. will deffo be returning in the future :))

I had the best experience with group 3. All the drivers were so kind, fun and most importantly safe on the roads. Especially my driver Thien, he was the best and made my experience so memorable ❤

We had a great experience with Mamas. We booked the Ha Giang Loop Tour with 5 people and arrived with the night bus the night before we started the loop. Check in was quick and easy at 3 am. We started the next morning at around 10am, after we got all the safety instructions, a driving lesson was also possible. Our group size was 15 people, self-drivers and easy riders. They tour was well organized, we had enough time at every sightseeing spot as well as for food. The easy riders and the people from our group were so much fun, we had a blast! We would do it again any time. The motorbikes were in perfect condition and we had no problems with them.

We have had a great Ha Giang Loop, the views and the homestays were incredible.
I would like to give a big big thankyou to all of the Easyriders, especially Doi (I do not know how to spell it correctly, probably not like this).
I have felt 100% safe on the back of the motor, he figured out the best routes for himself and eventhough we didn’t speak the same language: we have had a great time.

I did the 3 day 2 night Ha Giang Loop organized by Mama Hostel! We were a group of 6 people , 2 with easy riders. The riders Hon and Sùu, who were our tour guides,were incredible! They looked after us amazingly! Were paying attention to any minimal details, checking that motorbikes were ready and safe for us, always making sure that everything would have been as much safe as possible! Ask for them if you're gonna join the tour! Moreover they're fun and lovely people!

I did the 4D/3N Ride By Yourself. I had an awesome time. All of the easy drivers were fun and easy to talk to. I was happy to meet Van Tue. He was great and looked out for us. The drivers focused on safety and drove at a reasonable speed with frequent breaks so I never felt in danger when I was following them and rested at each break. We had a big group but we were broken up into smaller group. It was easy to meet people. We would all stay at the same homestay each night and had a good time together.

The tour included a free night in the dorm room so I used it when I arrived late by bus. I slept a few hours and went straight into the tour. Once the tour was finished, they were able to arrange for a night bus to Hanoi. You were able to use the showers at the end of the tour and before leaving Ha Giang.
