Staff is really friendly and helpful! We stayed one night (room with AC🙏) and had lovely breakfast and coffee on the terrace. We also rented motorbike there which worked great! After being on the road we decided to prolong our Ha Giang loop for one day. We notified garden villa and they were ok with us returning motorbike one day later as first agreed. Meanwhile they stored our backpack.

This place in one sentence: bang for buck. The rooms are basic, but are clean and have AC. Perfect if you’re just looking for a place to sleep (and have nice breakfast). The staff is just the best. They offered us to leave our backpacks to travel light on the loop. We also took a shower after the loop to get clean. Just perfect. Definitely would go here again!

We stayed here for two nights and everybody here is super nice. Amazing lady at the reception was able to book us two local guys, who would take us to the mountains in a few minutes. I reccomend to bring the air plugs as the walls are really not soundproof at all, but the room was clean and we get clean towels as well. Plus they have cats 🫶🏼.

Great place, clean rooms, beautiful view and tasty food.
Also there is an option to rent a bike, book a bus and to get help and information about ALL the activities in Ha Giang.

We came here at 3am without reservation because the hostel we booked didnt gave us a bed…
They welcomed us to a super nice private room.
At the next morning the family were super nice with us and we rented a almost new scooter for the Ha Giang Loop.
They are super nice I recommend 100%
And also they have a baby kitty that is super friendly.

Good stay good tour, I arrived early the people I was to meet no show, the guy from vills said can come rest his place wait for ( friends became no show) so they got me booked on a 3d/2n tour 2200k everything included & support car as 2 others were not doing bike, first day very good dinner bit light at first stop but very nice hotel, next to China boarder to second night stay better food rest of the trip, nice dorm at second night, third night back by Garden Villa he arranged my bus back to Hanoi 200k. Only thing doing trip with others that were more into the ride than photos made for me not enough photos stops, that I would insist on as so many beautiful spots ..! Also went with tour for safety alone not so good if accident witch one of our group had also if no international driver license, some times the police stop is there the fine is 1000k I did not have mine with so as tour everything is there responsibly..! Made things very easy

Most friendly hosts! They even invited us to join a friends birthday party happening in the yard. The rooms were clean and had functioning AC. Bathroom and shower was also clean. Has a nice veranda right next to the river and also very good and affordable food! Very trustworthy and kind people.

Amazing trip in the mountains with very good motor bikes. Nothing problem in 400km.

Service was excellent, done the loop on my own with my friend and the staff at the hostel were happy to help with planning our route before we left and booking any busses we needed to get to ha giang from Hanoi and back there too, would highly recommend to anyone who is planning to do the loop to spend their first night in ha giang at their hostel :)

We had an amazing time in Garden Villa. Cha is super sweet and welcoming and she really helped us organise our loop. We had the most amazing time during this loop thanks to her.

The rooms and bathroom are very clean, and the double bed is big. There is AC and fan in the rooms which is amazing. The only downside is that the town gets noisy early in the morning and you can hear it from the room, but surely not a problem for heavy sleepers.

We had the family dinner there and again, lots of fun, an amazing time and excellent food.

Also the location near the bus station is very convenient.

They helped us with everything, from accomodating us when we arrived late, to setting us up with a great motorbike for the loop. Great people, recommended.

Good service as we could check in at the middle of the night due to the sleeper bus arriving late.

The room is small, the bed is hard but good value for money. Would book again.

Great experience with them!
We arrived late with the bus and they picked us up at the bus station (very close to the hostel). They offers us the free night (as we arrive very late) and we rent the motorbikes with them. The service was great. We did the loop for few days and we keep in touch with the owner of the hostel. We were asking him about him and he replied very quickly. The motorbikes worked very good and you can borrow helmet, ropes, gloves...

All the staff was very nice and friendly.

Highly recommend this homestay. Cha was very kind and helpful for planning our Ha Giang loop itinerary and coordinating where to stay. We enjoyed the food and views.

I just had the perfect experience in Hà Giang and a lot has to do with the stay in Garden Villa. I arrived in the middle of the night, but that was no problem for them, i just got to rest a couple hours and the next day i was straight off with one of their bikes.

Chá ist just so nice an explained everything really well. You get equiped with everything you need.

I had to leave the bus at 3am and had no place to stay. Tam waited in front of the bus and invited the stranded ones to his hostel. I just dropped in and it was perfect. Clean, nice beds, hot shower. I slept for free and rented my bike there. The pricing is fair. They managed everything perfectly, no troubles with the bike or on the road. Highly recommended! Tam and the team are very helpful and give a crash course to semi automatic newbies.

Great hostel with great view, recommended especially before going to the loop (also possible from the hostel).

Rented a semiautomatic to do the loop and it was a good bike. Friendly staff. Its close to where the bus dropped us off so was easy to rent a bike and start exploring the city straight away
