Mai Chau Valley View Hotel

I highly recommend! This place is lovely, just like Mai Chau itself. The entire staff, including the owner, take care of you and make sure you have everything you need. You can rent bikes and the owner will give you recommendations on what to visit. The room was very clean, I really appreciate it <3 And what a view from the balcony!!!! The breakfast is very tasty. Stop scrolling, book this place, it's worth it!:)

A great stopover from Hanoi before heading on to Puluong. Clean, aesthetic and run by an incredibly thoughtful caring family! I left my book and the owner went out of his way to make sure it made it‘s way back to me in Puluong. We stayed two nights and were so grateful to be able to rent bikes to explore the area. Also, the cold brew latte served at the beautiful freshly opened rooftop cafe run by the owner‘s niece is exceptional!!

Great location. Balcony overlooked the rice fields being harvested. It is a short walk into the town and a short walk to the more touristy Lac Village. This place gives you the best combination. The owner and all staff were friendly and helpful. Given suggestions for hikes and a bike ride which were excellent. They also arranged my onward travel to Hanoi which arrived at the hotel on time. Great breakfast and evening meal.

Great place to stay for the night. Clean, everything works, quiet at night, and the food is good. Owner speaks perfect english and went out of his way to take me to a motorbike repair shop for a spare part in the morning.

My first time in Mai Chau after multiple visits to Vietnam. I loved this hotel and the staff. Absolutely clean and good. A pleasure to have been here. Will strongly recommend to my guests planning to visit the region.

Amazing place. Reality is much better than pictures. Spacious rooms with very comfy beds. The location is great - even though it's next to the street, which makes it close to shops etc, at night is very quiet. View from rooms is stunning - you can observe people working in the rice fields. Breakfast is big even for a big hungry man and it's very delicious, homemade. The owners are super nice people, speaking fluent English and taking care of all their guests' needs.

Nice hotel with some of the best views. Conveniently location on the main road and easily accessible. Hotel owner is very humble and helpful.

Great hotel, super friendly staff and beautiful views over the rice fields from the rooms.
The owner took us on a free bicycle tour around the nearby villages and gave us plenty of tips and maps to explore the surroundings on our own. You can use the bikes for free. The path to a beautiful cave is within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, worth every one of the + 1000 steps going up the mountain. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, looking out over the green rice fields surrounding it. The food is very tasty. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning works the best I've ever had, in the silent mode you hardly hear it at all, so no noise when you're sleeping. Van recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Mai Chau!

It was great. Very clean and the staff works very good. Very nice views from our room in the top floor. The owner really works hard to get this place running fine and smooth, he takes care of all the problems clients have.
We had a flat tire I a small town 20 very muddy kilometers away from the hotel and he came to pick us up, we didn't have to pay for fixing the motorbike not pay for the rent at all. He was super kind and you can tell he really is putting all his efforts into making an honest business (which is not that common in Vietnam). No tricks in the pictures, no tricks with the prices, no trying to swindle tourists... So it is a very relaxing place to stay in.
Bed was huge!! And it turns out we rented a room for 1 adult and 1 child! I can't image what you can get if you book 2 adults! And very very clean. Spotless.

The pictures don't promise too much. Its just amazing. Rooms are really nice with this spectacular view.

The owner and his personal are really friendly and are always helpful.

A bicycle is included in the price, to drive around to see this spectacular village.

Great hotel with excellent service. Amazing views from the rooms on the top floor and good food. The owner organised a shared shuttle from Hanoi at a reasonable price and we had free use of the bikes, as well as a hand drawn map.

Beautiful, peaceful place! The owners are a lovely family and the rooms are large and comfortable with a nice balcony on the rice terraces.

Super friendly helpfully owner and staff. Speak english very well. Room very clean very nice view from the balcony and the Hugh breakfast amazing delicious. I can recommend that hotel 100%

We loved it very much. Good people who like to help. The place is very clean. You can rent a motorcycle through the hotel.

Friendly owners and very good kitchen (including nice breakfast). Try the banana leaf salad. Make sure to book in advance since the place has thankfully not many rooms. Rooms and beds are very comfy and from the balcony you have a decent ciew over the paddy fields

PROS

-Large clean room with a great view
-Bicycles are free for guests, and motorbikes are available for rent.
-Delicious a la carte breakfast included. There are not too many restaurants around, so I had decent dinner at the hotel as well.
-Close to a couple ethnic villages (also where the homestays are)
-My next stop was Moc Chau, but to get to where the buses go by, you have to drive about 10 minutes to the highway. Mr. Duong had one of his staff drive me and my luggage that way, and the driver even waited with me for the bus to arrive!

-None. A Magnificent stay!

To me, this is one of the best hotel in Mai Chau because both the owner and the staff take care their guests carefully. The hotel is beside the rice field, on the way to Ban Lac. It is interesting to have breakfast in the restaurant opened directly to the field. I will stay here, if I back to Mai Chau.

Really a 5 Star Service & great Food (Top fried nem) , Laundry Service, huge beddings, Beautiful wooden floor... the location is pretty in the center close to other places twice more expensive. More than this, The Manager of the hotel, himself, helped us 2 days in row using his own car And spended lots of his time in order to help us!

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Great location close to different areas of interest. Owners/staff were very kind and attentive.
