so very pleasant, so much fun, relaxing for body and soul, in the heart of endless rice fields, between the mountains, there is a magic resort, where you will get the feeling of home, your home, in full. the hosts take care of each and every one with kindness and a smile, large rooms, spacious, tidy, clean and reinforced to a high standard. Varied breakfasts, a variety of fresh fruits throughout the day, the nearest village is a short walk away or an even shorter bike ride, you can buy almost everything in the village. you can spend whole days there. cheap prices .

Wow what a place! We stayed 10 days and could stay 10 more easily.
The location is amazing within the rice paddie, the view is great and very relaxing. The daily shared dinners were delicious, different every day and allowed an opportunity to meet others travelers.
The hosts were very kind and made us feel at home but for real they even let us use their kitchen to make some meals.
The room was very comfortable and new and we slept well. Of course, I we didn't stay anywhere else in Mai Chau but we felt that unquestionably this was the place to be. Would be back in a heartbeat

Amazing! We have been travelling for 4 months and this is one of if not the best homestay we’ve stayed in. It’s really relaxed and you can do your own thing but also the communal meals and common spaces make it so easy to meet people. The pool is amazing!!! It has the most beautiful views of the rice fields and the owners are lovely and help you with everything. They organised our onward travel, let us extend a night last minute, sorted motorbikes for us whilst we were there and cooked the most amazing food, breakfast is included!! If you’re looking for an amazing local spot with views, chill time and still lots to see please visit!! Thank you for having us!

The food was good and the location perfect for wandering through the rice fields, with caves and viewpoint not too far from the homestay.
We stayed two nights and I would definitely come back here if I go to Mai châu again

One of the most positive experiences I've had on my trip to Vietnam. The place is clean, quiet, cozy and welcoming in the middle of the nature but not too far from the center. The owner of the place is an amazing woman who is ready to help with anything needed. The staff is pleasant and sweet. Thank you for everything, we enjoyed every moment of your place, for sure we will be back. ❤

Beautiful place, incredibly helpful host, great food! It was a pleasure staying here and would definitely book this place again for my next trip to Mai Châu. It is probably the most quiet place you can find in Mai Châu and perfect for a runaway trip from Hanoi noise!

The room was very well equipped and spacious. Great shower and bed. The room had a nice heater, very important in the winter. The food was also great, both the breakfast and the dinner. Totally recommended!

Cannot say enough positive things about this homestay. When we first booked, we were only planning to stay one night, but immediately booked to stay another night. The family is incredibly kind and willing to do anything to help. Everything is great, the location is stunning, the pool is amazing, and the family dinner was great. For example, beers are only 20K for a large bottle, so the value is also epic. Cannot recommend enough.

We had the best time in this beautiful family homestay. We had a huge triple bedroom as a family, everything was perfectly clean, the swimming pool is wonderful, just next to the rice fields. They cooked an incredible diner for us, lots of meals to share and it was delicious 😍 Thank you, I wish you a lot of success

Mai Chau itself is a special gem, but little Mai Chau homestay made it completely wholesome. Love the quietness, the hospitality, the views, the simple stay and very hot showers. Also the “family dinner” where you can meet and chat up different travelers! Most travelers stay for a day or two, but i would recommend taking it slower— i stayed for 3, longer if i could!! Anyone needing to decompress, relax and soak in Mai Chau’s slow rhythm, definitely consider this marvellous homestay!

Our stay at Little Mai Cháu was the highlight of our honeymoon to Vietnam and we cannot recommend it enough! The family have been in the same part of Mai Cháu for four generations and have several private bungalows spread between their family homes. Our hosts were so kind and thoughtful, breakfast was delicious (especially the egg sandwiches and fresh fruit), the room was better than expected with AC and a fan and large shower, and they arranged an extra adventure to Pu Lượng. The stay includes bicycles (which were amazing to use to tour the whole town of Mai Cháu). We stayed in Mai Cháu at the beginning of October during the harvest festival and while the rice fields were turning gold and beginning to be harvested.
I am in my second trimester of pregnancy and this was no problem at all during our stay, the food was delicious and there was always clean water available to fill our own bottles or to buy. We hope to return with our baby once they arrive!

The stuff is so welcoming and helpful, a family host with good breakfast and dinner in a really cheap price. The location is amazing, just inside the fields.

Amazing little spot in the rice valleys of Mai Châu! Really loved getting to know the family and celebrating my birthday with them and fellow travelers in the area. The dorm rooms have mosquito nets (there are quite a few in this part of Vietnam) and bathrooms are primitive. Delicious breakfast included and the dinner (separate charge) was really delicious and filling. Highly recommend you stay here if you're in Mai Châu 👌
