Absolutely amazing. Prompt response- I had a 2.5 hour flight delay on a really short flight with no notice- at check in they told us so I was meant to arrive at 5.30am (this happened at 10pm) and instead would arrive 8am. I got an immediate response assuring me they got my email and the driver would be there. Then my bags didn’t arrive and they waited for me with no complaints. Flawlessly professional and kind service thank you so much

The transfer from airport to hotel worked really well. The driver was on time and really helpful. The company takes security really seriously and asked that we send a picture of the driver to make absolutely sure that we are not being scammed.

As I was travelling to Vietnam for the first time I did not want to take a chance with the transit journeys within the country. After careful consideration (reading reviews on trip advisor) I decided to go with Hanoi Transfer Service (HTS). Now that the trip is over I can confidently say that it was the right decision. Lily Ngoc coordinated with me from HTS. She is a super efficient person with a lot of customer centricity. From understanding travel needs to quotes to payments and most importantly constantly updating on travel details and tours she was always on the job and very efficient. I availed of airport pick up and drops from HTS in Hanoi, Danang and Saigon and everything went without a hitch. (If you are arriving or departing by late night flights like we did its better you pre-book as you may find inconvenient to get local cabs). Even when the flights were delayed the driver waited patiently to ensure seamless transit. I also took a cab from HTS from my Hanoi to Sapa travel and back. Again a very good quality of cab and driver. I also availed of local sight seeing tours from HTS in Hanoi, Ba Nah Hills in Danang and Saigon. Everywhere things went smoothly and efficiently. The quality of the tours were excellent and so were the guides. Mr. Bao in Hanoi, Ms. Linh in Danang and Ms. Kim in Saigon were wonderful guides who knew their job and also ensured that we got the most of out of these tours through practical advices. And all the time Lily was on the job and even if there were a few minor deviations she was quick to sort it out. Overall HTS will be a recommended travel partner if you are in Vietnam and particularly for the first time. Price wise they maybe a bit more expensive than what you can arrange locally but certainly quality and peace of mind is what you will get in return.

Amazing! Airport pick up and drop off from Hanoi to Old Quarter, 10/10 on everything. Drivers were on time, excellent communication and fast replies + confirmations. Safe driving, air conditioned cars which were comfortable and well maintained (and clean!). No problems at all, highly recommended!

When we began planning our trip and throughout our time in Hanoi, our assistant, Tracy Pham was with us the entire way. She was responsive, patient, and thoughtful from start to finish.

HTS is a top notch transfer service. We arranged pickup and drop off from the airport and booked a private tour to Ninh Binh. Drivers at the airport met us upon arrival and had our names clearly displayed. Our guide to Ninh Binh was able to communicate well with our group and was very knowledgeable of the country’s history.

The vehicles were clean, well-maintained, and had good AC. You can’t go wrong choosing this company for transfers and tours.

We booked a private tour to Mua caves, Trang An and Bai Dinh with this company. The booking process was smooth and Ms Tracy Pham answered all my queries promptly and efficiently. Car was neat and comfortable. Guide Mr Thang was great and gave us excellent suggestions about the itinerary. As a result we had a great day of sightseeing. We also got great vegetarian food. Driver was also excellent and brought us back safely and in time to catch our flight. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Thanks to Tracy and the team

Needed 4 transfers in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The cars were all clean and comfortable, and the drivers were all great too. Tracy was amazing to deal with on WhatsApp and was always available to assist, even for any last minute changes.

My family and I visited Hanoi from 29 Dec to 2 Jan. We arranged the airport pick-up and drop-off with Lily and were very happy with her work! She was very quick in responding and was very accommodating. Due to the rain on the last day, we had to change our pick-up time from the hotel 3 times. Lily managed to re-arrange the car very quickly. I would highly recommend the company!!!

I don't often praise service providers, but I must say we had outstanding service from this company.

We trusted the driver who took us from Harlong to Hanoi, Loc. In fact, we asked for him to drive us to the airport specifically.

Even though we had an issue at the hotel we had booked, this wasn't a problem for the driver at all, he both called the hotel and drove us to an alternative hotel. The fact your driver assisted us was both fortunate and welcome.

I have no hesitation in recommending this service, who charge approximately half what the hotel transfer service would cost.

Highly recommend Hanoi Transfer Service and especially Ms. Lily Ngoc for arranging all our travel. We arranged 4 transfers in total - (a) airport to hotel in Hanoi city on day 1, (b) hotel to halong bay on day 3, (c) halong bay to hotel in Ninh Binh on day 4, and (d) Ninh Binh hotel to Hanoi airport on day 6. The service throughout was impeccable. The drivers were all nice and reliable although they didn't speak much English. This was ok though as they did speak some English and anything more complicated, they would call Lily to translate (we didn't have any issues with this).

We asked for 7 seater cars - were provided with reasonably new SUVs. So no issues with the car at all either and were v comfy

Price - wise, I made a few queries and HTS were the most competitive so you are not being charged a very high premium. Overall highly recommend for Hanoi based travel.

The booking process was easy, customer service staff were pleasant and the driver was right where they said he'd be and on time. We arrived in Hanoi pretty late and wanted a fixed cost to our hotel without being scammed by the hoards of rip-off artists awaiting your arrival at the airport. We would use them again.

Reliable tour company in Vietnam. I have booked many transfers and tours with them. The service could not be better. The communication via email were very well. All the drivers and guides very polite, nice and helpful. Reasonable price. We have vere great experience during our tours. Highly reccommend.

The city tour guide, Benjamin was great, very helpful and had a good sense of humor. Mike our airport pickup driver and city tour driver was excellent and punctual. He waited 1.5 hours at the airport for our arrival. The Halong bay excursion by Wonderbay was great and the bus picked and returned us to our hotel on time. Anna also readily accommodated my last minute changes regarding the airport pickup for departure and we arrived at the airport ahead of time.

All in, thank you for a wonderful, memorable trip. The arrangement were great and everything went well without any major issues.

One the best and reasonable transfer service in Hanoi. I booked with them twice. One from Hanoi airport to tam coc and Hanoi back to airport. Car were on time and clean. Decent and friendly behavior of drivers. Jolie helped us book twice. She is a great customer assistant. Very friendly and responsive.
