We could not possibly have been happier with our stay here.

The room is perfectly quiet, the bed is comfortable, the shower is dry, there is a little fridge for bia and lots of room to unpack.

The family absolutely amazing!!! So generous, friendly, caring and kind.

I only wish I could be as good a host as they are when people visit me!!!

Very nice and friendly Hotel owners. The room and also the bathroom was very clean. The location is slightly difficult to find, but due to this you don't hear the traffic on the streets outside. In the surroundings there are lots of opportunities for streetfood and we had no problems eating this food despite being afraid of having stomach problems 😂

This is a great hotel, the rooms are beautiful, clean and new! Bed is so comfortable! Perfect location, lots of great food on the street as well as being within walking distance from anything in the city.
The owner is so kind and welcoming, her daughter is also very nice and speaks English! We enjoyed delicious orange juice and snacks in the beautiful terrace!
We will definitely return here when we are back in Hai Phong!

This place is now called Happy Guesthouse. I've stayed here on 2 occasions. The accommodation offers superb value for money. Big, comfortable beds, good quality showers and well decorated rooms. It's run by a very friendly family and it's in a great location, just down an alley off a main street.

The motel is amazing. The staffs are friendly. You must try " Dừa Dầm" when you are here. It is made by the motel's owner's recipe. It is very delicious.

Very clean with really comfortable beds and pillows! I loved that the shower has a divider wall by the toilet so the bathroom floor stays dry. I think this hotel is brand new and an extremely great value. The staff is very helpful using Google translate app. I admire their dedication to great service. Google translate is amazing.

5 stars purely for the friendly welcome of the hosts. Location is fine. Balcony room is brilliant and the beds are excellent. You need to able to climb stairs as no lift and they have you carry your own bags. Beer is so good and cheap inside and it's near the airport and restaurants. Lovely people

Family run hotel: they were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Cooked us a lovely breakfast in the morning. The hotel and our room was very impressive - small but beautifully decorated, well laid out and impeccably clean. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! The reputation that precedes this type of a hotel by no means is represented in this establishment. It is new, the owners we're so accommodating gave me hot tea and a cookie upon arrival help me put my big xr150 into the common space to protected over the night. Escorted me to the room showed me how everything works. And I started seeing oh maybe they're just doing it because I'm their first overnight guests. Woke up in the morning I think it already served breakfast to some people and I was not their only guess they just offer exceptional service! If you find yourself in need of a place to stay and want to maintain a good budget come to this location but please please please do not trash it I may want friends to say they're in the future and it's the nicest hotel for 15 bucks I have ever been in

Tucked away from the main drag. Has outstanding service and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. The owners have a laundry service if you need it. If your going to be staying in Hai Phong, this is the hotel you want to stay at. It's close to coffee shops, local food vendors for all manner of edibles. Grab to big c was around 50k vnd.

Great place, comfortable beds, fridge, lovely shower (actual shower cubicle, so bathroom stays dry!) and aircon. Staff were welcoming and gave us fruit, biscuits and water on arrival. 300,000 per night. Great value.

This was a cute place to stay in Hai Phong, down an alley. The family was very friendly and helped us arrange painless airport transportation. The room was small but cosy. Happy with the overall experience

A wonderful experience where the rooms are modern and beautifully clean, combined with the owners treating you like family and friends rather than just paying guests. I could not recommend it more highly and this is my home from home in Haiphong.
