Watched the First Class screen with VIP seating, where you get free flow pop corn and comfortable adjustable seats . Price is about VND 200K per pax. This cinema is crowded, not sure whether it’s because the Tet New Year or probably popular with youngsters. Everything is good except getting to the cinema at Level 8. If you are dining at any of the restaurants at Level 4/5/6 inside Vincom, you have absolutely no way to get to this cinema as the lifts are constantly full and escalators only stop at Level 6 with no available staircases or escalator to go up . Your only hope is going down all the way to Level 1 and take the lift up again to Level 8. So much for the poor design , I think BHD should request Vincom to build an escalator to go up.

Best cinema in Hanoi! The seats are very comfortable and soft. The place is nice and clean. Food is good and the service is fast. The first class seats are like airplane first class seats!

Popcorn size is too small. Lots of flavor though cheese, caramel, salty sweet you name it.
They allow food in the theater, so the room smell a bit awkward.
Large curved screen, if you have regular eyes, i suggest you sit as far as possible lol

A good alternative place for a blockbuster compared to the super expensive CGV. You should try their 2D First class. It is a bit more expensive but you have a super comfort chair, just like the one you have seen in first class flight.

Comfortable. The sounds and images are good. There are some 3D pictures which is very interesting. I’d prefer this cinema than CGVs.

The toilet area is good, staff are friendly, additional self service machine would be nice at busy times.
