We went around 10am. It was very quiet. Lots and lots of uneven steep stairs. Not for the elderly or disabled.

A fairy tale story of Thach Sanh and this cave was where Thach Sanh rescued Princess Huynh Nga from the giant falcon.
Above the cave entrance, there is a huge stone that is shaped like a giant falcon's beak protruded out.
The cave is naturally drawing fresh cool air in like a giant AC, very refreshing, I loved it...

Temple with tunnels by the sea, a wet market selling various good, seafood and nick nacks. Must see when visiting this area.

Thach Dong is an ancient cave of Ha Tien, and it is a tourist destination for all that ever visit Ha Tien. One's would spend about 45 minutes to walk throuhh the entire cave itself when it is crowded and about 15 minutes when is empty. It is worth visit regardless.
