An’s House

Me and my brother had a wonderful time at this homestay. It’s in the perfect location, where you are near enough to Ha Giang town to access the services, but also completely in nature. The rooms have incredible views of rice paddies and trees! The owner An is amazing. She’s incredibly kind, caring and funny. She is so eager to help, giving us the BEST motorbikes to rent, giving supplies for our long trip and keeping in contact the whole time. Also the food is just brilliant! She made our stay in Ha Giang absolutely great, and her homestay is the best around (especially when compared to the tourist traps in Ha Giang)!

There’s no better place to stay in Ha Giang than An’s House! You must stay here. The location is unmatched - there are beautiful mountains and trees and rice paddies on the doorstep and An can recommend you a great hike. The rooms all have a wonderful view and are fully equipped, and there are hot showers. An is an amazing chef and we had great times eating delicious authentic food with other travellers. The building itself is so beautiful and in keeping with the natural surroundings. And the best thing about it is how kind and genuinely caring An is. She makes you feel so at home and so comfortable and is eager to help you make your time in Ha Giang perfect. She answers any questions you need and makes sure that you will be safe. The motorbikes she rented us were in top condition and we had no problems with them! We got there thinking we’d spend only one night there but ended up spending 4 nights there coz of how amazing everything is.

An is such a warm and generous host! She really made me feel welcome, and brought me tea and medicine when I was sick. She was always super helpful.
I went on the Ha Giang loop with her brother Độ which was a really awesome experience. I requested that we didn’t go to the super touristy and crowded parts of the loop, and instead we went on an adventure off the well worn path (while still seeing the amazing scenery that the loop is famous for).

What a wonderful North Vietnam homestay experience. An speaks very good English and answered all of our questions. She and her place are just lovely. Come immerse yourself; far better than a five star hotel! Rich in the simple things in life❤

What wonderful hospitality! An and her staff were very welcoming. The location is a delight.... I still see the view from my bed! It was such a great pleasure staying here I returned to stay again at the end of my travel around Ha Giang! in fact, I'd say it was the very best accommodation I found on the loop!

We had such an awesome time staying with Ms. An! She had some amazing recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Plus, the homestay is super close to the Ha Giang bus station, and it's a great deal for the quality you get. highly recommend it to everyone!

When we booked this place we wanted a quiet and relaxing place. It was everything we wanted, An with her presence makes this homestay so special.
The staff are pleasant and really nice. We are traveling as Celiac couple, and they prepared every meal Gluten-free, which was really awesome.
We highly suggest you stay at this home stay, it will feel like you found your vietnamese home.

Very Sweet and authentic place to stay in the middle of the rice fields. The beds are some kind of cabins in one big room, everything is very open and airy and the bathrooms are shared. Everything was very clean and the owner and her staff are very friendly and eager to help! The food was delicious.

I immersed myself in the local culture, tasted delicious indigenous dishes like Cá Bỗng and Xôi Ngũ sắc, and explored traditional crafts like beeswax batik. The trekking in Tây Côn Lĩnh was breathtaking, surrounded by stunning landscapes. A must-visit to experience the rich ethnic diversity of Northwest Vietnam.

An's been very helpful and welcoming. She helped us with the bus and was very flexible on our schedule. The room is simple but has enough for a nice sleep. An helped us with our tour in ha giang and organized nicely with trustworthy local drivers. You can also ask anything about culture so she can share and explain. It's a nice family place, I recommend you can trust and go!
