Fantastic tour was had to Ninh Binh for 2 days. The tour had much variety, not flat chat so that you could actually enjoy and experience what the region has to offer which is beautiful. The lunches were very good too.
I do want to mention though that the tour company (mainly Jenny) went above and beyond in her service to me. I unfortunately got covid whilst in Hanoi (never had before) and it knocked me. Jenny managed change my trip booking a few times to ensure that I stilll was able to do it, and kept me in the loop of timings, pick ups, etc. And at no extra charge. But in addition Jenny made welfare checks each day to see how I was going and provided much support as I was a single traveller. Who does this these days? I was blown away by her compassion and support. A real empathy for my illness and cared for me to still be able to see ninh binh. Thank You thank you thank you.

We booked Halong Sapa 4 days with Ms Jenny – Hoang Oahn. From the first email, everything went smoothly. Jenny is so nice to listen to all our request since ourgroup have 2 small child (5 and 8 years old), so we need to arrange all carefully. Hotels, train cabins, tour guides are perfect. Although we booked Halong, Sapa but Vietnam Typical Tours with young active staff is always willing to support us from many shops, spa, res and markets. We just felt free to enjoy all things. Really that I and my friend (who comes from Australia) enjoyed Sapa 4 nights 3 days from Hanoi, we had the good experience about the life way of the local people and understand about their customs, admired the amazing landscapes of Sapa. We just came back from an amazing vacation around Northern Vietnam. Before the trip, Jenny was more than helpful with getting documents sorted out for me and my family. She answered all the questions we had and prepared the necessary documents for visas.
Everything was arranged perfectly as per our itinerary, the accommodation was more than sufficient and the guides were great.
My only suggestion is that you try and book for a longer trip! We were in Hanoi, Sapa and Halong Bay for 5 night, 6 days and it wasn't enough!
I highly recommend using Vietnam Typical Tours for your trip. Totally affordable and super professional!

The contact with Jenny has been perfect and without any hick-ups from the beginning. She worked out a very tempting programme for us . Well, I must say the only thing we regret is that it's over already. We have enjoyed every bit of it: from the city tour in Hanoi to the 3-day hiking tour in Sapa (very recommendable) to the beautiful end on the cruise in Ha Long Bay for our mini-cruise. My husband and I enjoyed Vietnam so much!!! From North to South, we had great time in SAPA, Halong bay, Hoi An, Mekong Delta. Although we changed our plan so lot of time but Ms Jenny helped us make it easy to settle. Our whole trip was very well put together,hotels and meals were good,transfers were excellent. All in all very good value for money and if you need enjoyed your Vietnam Trip, should book with Vietnam Typical Tours.

A big thanks to Ms Jenny who organised all of our travel in Vietnam including transfers, cruise on Halong Bay, and our train journey and hotel in Sapa. From our first contact with Ms Jenny right through to the end of our trip everything went smoothly. Jenny ensure that everything met our needs and always responded promptly to our emails & requests. We did a 3 day 4 night tour of Sapa with a guide arrange called Lan, we get to know more about Vietnam and Sapa as she explain everything in detail. Sapa itself was beautiful and was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. Jenny booked us with Glory Cruise for our Halong Bay trip which is again was excellent. Would highly recommend Vietnam Typical Tours, you will find them to be very competitively priced and significantly cheaper than booking through travel agent in Singapore for same conditions trip.

A trekking tour in Sapa is a unique experience and it was an wonderful trip in our life. It was interesting to meet ethnic minority in the villages. The men was hard working, women were so funny and nice. So surprised as they could speak English well and even some other languages. Sapa was very beautiful and especially in the early morning and late afternoon when we could tough the fog in our hands. Just spent 2 days and it was not enough and we wish to stay there longer. Highlight for Sapa if you have a chance to visit Vietnam.

After a long project, I had a week holiday, at that time, I just wanted to be with the nature. So I started searching for some destinations in Vietnam, then I took Sapa, Vietnam as my place. After making some consideration, I contacted with Ms. Jenny for my Sapa trip. Oh it is very simple and Jenny is so professional. From the picking up to the train station till the trip ended, all staff are caring, punctual. And me, I totally love Sapa so much, I took lot great photos of terraced rice fields, Sapa ehnic minority and some mountains, I also wanna give great thanks to Mr. Tam – SAPA guide for supporting me during Sapa’s trekking. In addition, in Hanoi, Tour assistant – Ms Lien is very warm and generous. She guided me many wonderful coffee corners and nice restaurants. Now I am back my country but I will always miss Vietnam and Vietnam Typical Tours TEAM.

To be honest, this tour is for the person seeking a cultural tour of country Vietnam people off the normal tourist track. I have done the "normal tourist" tour and this is far better. Vietnam Typical Tours organised return transport via train from Hanoi. We were picked up and dropt off very smoothly. We took this 3 days trekking tour in Sapa where we visited the Love Waterfall – Golden Stream – Tram Ton Pass – Sin Chai Village - Muong Hoa Valley. We enjoyed ourselves. The guide is very kind, knowledgeable, energetic. We also had a home stay at Ta Van Village that offered an awsome experience with the locals. All in all, we enjoyed the great sceneries offered during the trek. Thus, we appreciate the kind gesture for us, wanna say thank to Jenny Manager– she offered us helpful, quick response as well as great care when we were in Vietnam.

I and my partner really enjoyed this journey! It was especially nice getting out of from busy Hanoi and heading to quiet beautiful Sapa! The first day of trekking was 12km and very easy. We then got to the homestay and we met loads of lovely people and the families are so nice! The food was amazingly delicious and the cold beers and a few shots of rice wine all went down a treat. The family even sang us a few traditional songs and we played cards with them before going to bed! The next day the trek was a little harder but lots of fun and only 6km! We came away from this trip with much gratitude to everyone involved in the trekking and homestay! The experience was beyond words to describe. The scenery was beautiful when trekking down the hill towards the villages. It was a very wonderful trip and meeting the ethnic minority was an unforgetable experience. They were so friendly, honest,funny and fun to be with. Although it was a long walk to the village, its effort was so worthy.
