Best Chicken in Samarkand , the staff is very polite and served us well. they even treated us to a very fancy plate since we were there the first time. the staff knew little english but they were cooperative enough to understand what we wanted and put that effort to communicate with us to make us understand the menu <3

Must visit for everyone visiting Samarkand. They have amazing soups ... not to miss. Their signature golden fried chicken is lightly spiced, tender, and juicy. A couple of staff speak English.

They would do well to have the menu in English. I had to use Google Translate to understand the menu.

The place is easy to find, sufficient roadside parking in front or the tram is about 5-7 minute walk.

Lots of place to eat red meat in Semerkand and this place is a good alternative with delicious chicken

私は友人と2人では2024年の3月頃にこの店を訪ねた。
店内は極めて綺麗で清掃も行き届いており文句の付け所が無い。
席に通されてハンサムな好青年のボーイがやってきて一言、日本人ですか、と。
我々が驚きながらもそうだと答えると、御国はどちらですか、と聞かれた。
今時日本でもこのような粋な聞き方をする人はいないだろう。
彼の話を聞くとどうやら日本に少々留学していたとの事である。
少々話が逸れたので本題に戻る。
今回我々が頼んだのは、サラダにパン、チキンナゲットそれからグリーンティーである。
グリーンティーは珍しくミントが入っているものではなく普通の煎茶に近いものであったし美味しい。
パンは恐らく自家製の物であろう、美味しい。
サラダは確か胡瓜とトマトので中々美味しかった。
メインのチキンナゲットは最初にたこわさのようなソースが出されて一瞬焦ったがつけてみると成程、恐らくマヨネーズとスパイスを合わせたものらしくこれがナゲットに合って美味しい。ナゲット単体もスパイスが効いていて中々の逸品であった。
私は生憎チキンがウズベキスタンの郷土料理であるかは知らないのだが非常に美味しいのでもし興味があればぜひとも行ってみてほしい。
