It's a great go-to for most of your hardware needs. Prices are a bit higher than the Depot, but that's to be expected. The employees were helpful with information about products, the store was clean and pretty easy to find your way around for what you'd be shopping for.

Best selection of plumbing and electrical supplies in town by far. Anything they don't carry, they can order and have next day in many cases. Only place to get pex and Romex by the foot. Fastest glass cutters around, and best selection of tile work and drywall finishing tools.

The most useful store in all of Independence Kansas. The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. They have a locksmithing Department that can rekey just about anything. They've been able to copy a few keys I thought were uncopyable.This store has everything from Mechanic needs from rebuilding a house, to redoing plumbing, even a few things that might be used for car repair. They have a very decent RV section. If you need to fix something, go there first!

Was greeted by an employee as I entered the store. Asked about a certain product and was led to it. Without pause I was given an informative description of the products features. Had a few more questions that were answered promptly. VERY good experience! A well run business.

I called about some safety glasses for a birthday party I was needing. The young lady I talked to was very polite and helpful. Great customer service.
