Great store! My daughter lives near this store and her mom and I live 6 hours away.
When she had a little car trouble I called that store, talked to Paxton and bought what she needed anfd and they got her fixed right up

I was very happy with my visit at autozone everyone was very polite and the employee Paxton was very helpful and left there with what I came there for and a couple extra things he recommended that I would need as well over all the service and knowledge was very useful

Very good Battery's it's just to bad that everything is so expensive especially auto parts and you will not find a better part at the price that they are charging and the employees are good enough to say it might be cheaper elsewhere but you get what you pay for so I will pay the price for a quality part so I don't have to Keep replacing it Auto Zone once sold me A brand new Geo metro engine for $700 and the only reason I actually needed one was because she had put over 500,000miles on the first one so I don't think you should go anywhere else for auto parts !!👍👍✌✌✌😁😁😁🦁🦁🦁

Staff is always friendly, respectful, and ready to help with what they can. They've loaned me out tools, tried to help me problem solve some car issues, took the time to explain what they know from experience, and parts are usually available the same day, or less than 2 days out. I've had a gentleman stand in the snow with me checking my battery power and then helped me tighten down my loose terminals all without complaint. I really appreciate the guys at our local Independence, KS store.

Awesome staff. I had a recent issue with the brakes on my Dodge Journey that I just didn't have much knowledge about. After speaking to a gentleman named Kenneth he helped me diagnose the issue. He seemed to take notice that I may be in over my head but I needed to get my son to a wrestling tournament in Wichita that weekend so I had to get the car fixed. Kenneth then offered his own time on his day off to help me make the repairs. I was a stranger to him and still he helped me with no expectations which is quite rare these days. Thanks to Kenneth's help my son was able to make it to his wrestling tournament as well as keeping my wife and kids safe as they commute back and forth to school. All of the other staff members also showed great patience with me as the process continued with a few even coming out to check in and even throw a hand or two in. The Manager Joe saw our struggles and even took time out to help us bleed the brakes and ensure that they were working properly. All in all I highly recommend this location and can't thank them enough.

Always a pleasant place to shop I have always had great experiences with this place in every town I have been to one in. Staff us always helpful & kind. Thank you guys way to go & you never try to cheat ladys out of money like some places do.

Friendly and helpful staff who genuinely care about the customer. Great selection on automotive parts and accessories. Prices are generally what you would expect to pay. While you can certainly find cheaper prices online you're definitely not going to get the good service you can get here.
