Takes three times as long as it should to fill a prescription as there is not enough staff. Hire more pharmacists (and help because there is always a really long line too). It is the only pharmacy this side of town so it will always be busy but with more staff, the issues could be resolved. The pharmacists are nice and did a great job with flu shots this year!! Thank you to the gentleman who squeezed us in even though he was very busy.

Wicked long lines & only one person on the register. Seems outdated than other locations. Staff is nicer than Mashpee Commons location though. Takes forever to talk to someone on the phone

Second worst cvs on cape cod this lady was so rude when I went to get some cold medication on 10 /18 she seemed like she was mad that I was buying cold medication I've been sick for a week and needed more and found out I got bronchitis again and she gave me a rude look after I paid for my cold medication. Will never come to this cvs again, and that lady needs to treat people with respect

Worst CVS ever. Rude, unprofessional staff. Don't process orders correctly. Say they are ready for pick up when they are not.
Staff said they couldn't fulfil an order at 1:20 because they had to go to lunch (together) at 1:30.
Do not go here. Been told by locals we are not the only ones.

I don't go to this Walgreens often, but everytime I do it's always a NIGHTMARE!
I normally go to the self checkout line, but everytime I come , I need "assistance" because of bagging, and the staff won't ever lift a finger to help, so I move the the other one, even though the other one is still making noise that I need assistance.

I’m writing this review for the surrounding community. If you’re coming here for a prescription get ready for the worst ride of your life. I’m sorry. It doesn’t matter if your leg was cut off or you needed a heart transplant. These people do not care and they look like they’re still fighting off the hangover from the previous night at 5pm (next day)

One good pharmacist doesn’t make up for 3 horrible ones. I’m sorry.

The pharmacist here is incompetent. He does not know how to do basic tasks on the computer system. I had to call another CVS FOR HIM to instruct him on how to do it. Oh, why did I have to call, you ask? Because the pharmacy phone lines are down and have been down for DAYS. This place is a mess. I’m switching pharmacies immediately. Hugely disappointed.

Worst cvs ever. Staff at pharmacy are rude and only tolerate who they deem to be locals. Do not go here.
