I live about an hour and a half from this store, so any time we make a trip to Wichita it’s always a must stop for me. Each time I have planned my trip I do order online-pick up in store orders, so it makes my shopping easier since I already have some items ready for me at the store plus I can browse a little more. They have a great selection and it is always really well stocked. Every time I have stopped by the associates are always so friendly and helpful!! This is a major plus and makes the shopping experience even better. I will continue to return as I definitely have been a happy customer!!

There were so many good smells, it was hard to choose. Decided on the Into The Night sent. It's not too sweet or flowery. Very mellow and my husband loves it on me.

Walked over to the mall from my hotel. I enjoyed the 2 ladies that were in the store working very knowledgeable of the sales.

They always have great deals & tons of scents to choose from! Also many travel sized scents, which is what I went for. Was very easy to find everything I needed & the staff was kind & helpful as always :)

Very helpful personnel and a very tidy establishment. Floors were clean, the front desk at checkout was very clean and the check out clerk was very pleasant and seemed to take pride in where they are working. Will return to shop because of the staff's attitude and willingness to help you with whatever you needed and if they didn't carry the item they were quick to recommend an alternative to what is going to purchase without any high pressure approach which I liked because they let me make up my own mind and after further discussion I purchased what they recommend and I am glad I did. I will be returning to shop again. Very professional and please tell to work with.😁👍👍

They always are great to help! Plus we get the coupons in the mail, for freebies and 20% off.. new scents and products all the time. Plus they have sample scents so you know what you're buying. They recently got some Summer scents, and got this "Hair Perfume" that is UV Protective and added Aloe to protect your hair and scalp.

This bath and body works is once again a very amazing store to shop at. Melissa and her whole staff are totally wonderful. I love my shopping experience at this Towne West location once again. Thank you Melissa for the wonderful shopping experience you and your team provide.

Everyone is so friendly, found a lady who actually knew what was in the smells. I told her I love amber and find out that the sprays I have all have amber in them. Thank you

Absolutely the best place to get candles!.. I'm seriously in love with all of them!.. From the body creams to the hand sanitizer's seriously the best smells ever!.. I always do the buy 3 get 3 and with the soaps a deal you can't beat 6 for $26!.. OMG!. Amazing!.

You know that this is always a stop in when we are in the mall. You know we have to check out all of the new product and what do they smell like. I am always adding new soaps and fragrance, most of the time I don't leave without making a purchase.

Best sales prices ever. I have never had a better candle than from bath and body, however it is difficult to find them under $12. Pricey but SO worth it. Dont forget to use their coupons!

This store has less traffic even on big sale days. Staff is always on point, polite and not smothering which is a total win

This is a neat, clean location. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have sales often so look for those. I love their candles and they have great items for gifts! Many things to chose from.

Always enjoy shopping here. All the employees are nice and when things are on sale it just makes it even better. Wish they would bring back the summer scents they had in 2017 though.
