The service personnel are friendly and helpful. They're going through a remodel right now, and shopping is a bit hard if you're following the department overhead signs.

Okay, I switched to Orscheln's because TSC chicken feed had so many bad reviews and I noticed my hens weren't doing so well either. I really liked Orscheln's after that.
Fortunately for some of us Bomgaars has acquired Orschlen in our neck of the woods. Bomgaars is so new I cannot say if the change is completely positive or not. I can say that it's benefits towards veterans and military are better. 10%, whereas Orscheln was only 5%.
If my opinion of Bomgaars changes, I will update my review at that point.

Love this place. I used to go to Orscheln all the time in Nebraska. I was so excited to see it come to Decatur! There is something for everyone and the people are great!

Great store and super customer service.

Good prices and selection on a variety of farm supplies that we use. Service has been good. Convenient location and help to load heavy items has been available promptly.

Very please with the customer service provided. I went to their stores looking for a particular item, after not seeing it anywhere I spoke to a employee about it. They offer ordering it and also offer to look in the back , after minutes of looking and diving thru pallets they found it. Thank you for the commitment to customer satisfaction. Great job to the whole store.

Such a great store with a lot of variety. A farm to home store that covers a lot of bases for everyday needs. Nice western wear, hunting / fishing equipment, tools for home and farm, lawn care, feed, trailers, zero turn mowers, home decor, and so much more. My wife and I spend a lot of time here.

They have a year long closeout saleon limited supplies in Fishing

This store has employees that go out of their way to help find items I'm looking for. I really appreciate all of them. The store is clean and clutter free also stocked completely where items are labeled accordingly. Thank you all for your care of your store and customers.

I shop there several times a week. They always greet me at the door, calling me by my name. ViVi always helps me when I need something I can’t find. The other associates are helpful too. At checkout sometimes I have to wait, but it’s ok. It’s like being with family. You guys do a great job !

I think of all the stores we have been to since moving to Texas, this is my HAPPY PLACE! When it was around Easter time, seeing those chick's just was something else! I love their clothes, and we have done well on getting in on some fine sales! I love BLING and the ladies belts are incredible! I love the gift section...always something new to purchase! The candy section is my greatest weakness, and I am a Dental Hygienist! Well, a lot of those candies we grew up with and they are not always easy to find! I love just looking and wandering among all the aisles of feed for so many animals....I am curious by nature and this is so much fun! They have had hunting blinds outside that I would like to have just as a fun place for kids to go into when visiting! I was so impressed by those! Also I love that this store often let's vendors or people with special projects display their things outside of the store. We have gotten some very meaningful things people in rehab programs have made. This is a true ALL AMERICANA STORE AND I SURE DO LIKE IT A LOT!! (can you tell?)

Not a bad place, been into the store a couple of times. Haven't bought anything yet their selection is a little off from what I needed at the time.

My 82-year-old father loves his trips to the hardware store. And Orschlen is his Hardware store. Earlier this year I happened across a list he had made of tools and things he intended to purchase from the hardware store. Attempting to be helpful, I researched the items online and found that he could save 30 to $35 if he purchased two or three of the items at a couple of Orachlen's competing retailers. His response was short and without explanation, "pass".

I spent the night at my father's house Christmas night and he mentioned that he had purchased a Dewalt 18 volt battery charger by mistake. His power tools use the 20 volt battery. He asked if I would return it to the store for him.

He had no receipt, said he bought it in August or September and paid about 100 bucks.

So I agree to return the charger to the store because he's my father. But I had practically zero expectation of any success given what I had or to be accurate what I didnt have to work with.

I walked into the store with the charger still in its packaging looking like I plucked it straight off of a shelf, with no receipt, and explained to Jackie, at the register that my father is certain he purchased the charger at Orscheln, and on his word as a gentleman, would appreciate a cash refund or store credit.

And that is exactly what she did. With no hesitation and happy to be helpful.

I called Dad and told him I had a gift card for him with the refunded amount for the charger. He said "Merry Christmas, go buy you something and spend it all. Oh and son.....that's what 30 to 35 bucks of so called savings gets you. Seems I came out ahead."

As always, he was correct. Thank you for taking care of my dad. Give Jackie a raise. You need to keep her. She is a gem.

Got a pair of shorts here and they fir perfect. I love this store better than Tractor Supply.

This place is awesome! They have your farm needs, hunting and fishing needs, clothing needs, toys, plants, yard decor and food and drinks. This place has just about everything you could need or want. The people are there to help you and they are very friendly. I highly recommend you try this place and I dare you not to walk away with something.

We’re from out of town was in Decatur Texas and stopped in to just take a look to see what the store is all about.

Long story short we fell in love with it. They have everything outdoors from clothing to guns to hunting supplies to grills. They’re like a Tractor Supply on steroids….

Awesome selection and fully stocked. Staff was friendly and eager to help. We’ll be back for sure or to their other locations.
