I don't go to McDonalds often anymore, mostly because the quality of food has gone down and the so has the quality of customer service. I know it's fast food and I shouldn't expect much but this location is doing it RIGHT! They got our order right, they were super friendly, and the food was fabulous! I'm a recruiter in the US Coast Guard and I'd hire these folks any day! If you want a job, reach out! You all have what we are looking for!

Wanted Ice Cream so I walked over from the Truck Stop and had a sundae 🍨! There Ice Cream machine was working! The young lady took my order with a smile. I sat down and ate in the dining area. 1 of the better McDonald's. Keep up the good work! 👍

I went through the drive up. The employees were smiling, conversive, and attentive! So nice to find a fair food restaurant with positive employees. I'll stop there again!

This was a very nice McDonald's and everyone was really polite. I was able to order with the app and pick up my food.

Great customer service ever before close. My family had a big order and ice cream right before close. The people at the drive-through were awesome.

Fast drive thru. Food seemed fresh. Rest room was clean as well.

Super fast and if they mess up your order or miss something they apologize and have that item out even quicker.

If you aren’t using the mobile app you should be! Easy to order the right thing and get discounts!

I wish the mobile app allowed you to more easily use points though, I have way too many points that I likely will be unable to spend due to the way they work

Food is consistent. It was pretty busy, but they got everything out quickly and correct.

We came in at 930pm with 16 hungry, tired people after a day at six flags, we ordered without a hassle & our food was out so fast we couldn't believe it. Hot, fresh & right! The staff were so nice!

I have been to McDonald's restaurants around the country, and while rating another McDonald's, I saw the opportunity to rate this one, which I always meant to do. This place is, by far, the most superior McDonald's I have ever been to. I've been to this one at least twenty times (I drive OTR), and this crew works like a machine. You know those comedy movies where your main characters are lovable ne'er-do-wells who have to compete in something, and when you see what they're up against, the opponents are imposing, military-precise, a real team? That's the team at this McDonald's. When I am waiting for an order, they are amazing to watch. When I interact with them, they are courteous, a credit to their occupation. I have never -- NEVER -- received an incorrect order. You would think speed could lead to errors. Nope. Awesome, awesome place.

Clean bathrooms, kind and friendly staff, nice atmosphere

We did an online because it looked packed so I don't know what the inside looked like. But it was pretty quick service. They forgot half our order but promptly gave it to us.

Once again the most important factor in fast food is consistency and this place has it! Rarley is the food not as satisfying as my cravings. almost always fresh not sloppy in presentation but prepared as it should be with efficiency. this McDonald's is where I go if I want food that is satisfying and don't want let down

Fast, friendly and one of the few McDonald's in the area that get your orders correct. Will stop here before any in Columbia

The food was fresh and hot and quick and the gentleman who gave it to me was friendly and polite. Went to a different McDonald's yesterday and it was a horrible experience and I'm traveling with family so having a hot meal for the ride home is great to get so thank you!
