It is always a pleasure to walk into this UPS store. The service is always exceptional, professional but helpful and friendly. Rachel has helped me many times, with recommendations for packing and saving money. This is now my only UPS Store!

This UPS Store is very professional and provides great information during this busy time and offer many shipping options. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. The manager is very friendly and explained all the options.

Kellie and Jayla make an awesome team. They perform tasks for their customers that other stores don't. Their client centered. I know that's why others and I only use that store. No other can compete to their service. Keep up the dedicated work ladies, your appreciated!!

Very no frills. Not even a wall to separate the backroom. BUT I never have to wait in line. It's clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And the prices seem reasonable

The bad reviews on here surprise me. I am forever making Amazon returns and the employees have always been quick and helpful. Even during the holidays there has barely been a 5 minute wait

Thrilled this location is open! The Google map pin is off, this location is one of the shops in the Publix Shopping Center, same side as Publix Liquors, Great Clips, and Papa John's.

Love the layout, very open concept, bright and welcoming. The team was fantastic, greeted me upon arrival and they were so sweet. I had to return a package to Amazon and appreciate this location being "on my way" to Clermont, to Publix or even to the turnpike.

For those in Montverde worried about the 455 Bridge being closed for a while due to construction, this location will be extremely beneficial to you. Close and easy to access.

Super fast and efficient...and professional! I was literally in and out within one minute....both times I went there! *******New Post...20 May 2022 at 5:00 pm the store has a sign up saying closed due to unforseen circumstances but they should be open tomorrow.******
