AT&T Store

Nason did an outstanding job in transitioning us from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 14. But in addition to that, he’s the only person who brought to our attention a program for members 55 and older that saves us about 50% on our bill…
I’ll wait to see what happens in my next bill, but that is very exciting to me.

My bill was doubled after getting new phones in October . The online service wouldn’t help. The gentleman that originally helped me at the store, Osirys , texted me back and forth and finally corrected the problem. He saved me a trip to the store. Very impressed.

Zachariah helped me today, I had no idea this was their grand opening. I walked in because it was the closet one to me. He was thoughtful, professional and resolved my matter quickly. I definitely recommend this place!

Wow what an experience , can’t say enough about the employees and how well they treated me. Osirys was not only amazing but filled with kindness and joy and I really enjoyed his expertise on my new iPhone he helped me buy. Osirys provided exceptional customer service during my visit at AT&T last week. He was very detailed and knowledgeable about all the products and services and quickly addressed and resolved my issues and concerns. Kudos to Osirys, expect many referrals your way!!!

I have came to the store twice, first to get a new phone and then to do an upgrade and the service was great. Osirys was very helpful both times and was good explaining the different options available and the best thing I never had to wait.

Nason was ready willing and able to help me with all my porting out needs!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable!! I then spoke with Jennifer, the store manager who’s also very bubbly and friendly!! They are very professional and I would definitely recommend this location to everyone!!!

Jennifer Muhvich is the manager of the Minneola A T and T store- she took the time to help us set up our new accounts - she sat with us for 2-3 hours til she was able to get exactly what we needed - I would strongly recommend this AT and T store.

I went in to look around to see if it was a good fit for me and my husband and it definitely was!! Jose helped me looked for the best deals and phone plan that adjusted to my standards and I left there happy and with a new phone upgrade.

Needed a phone with a SD card and 3.55 jac and Osirys quickly showed me 3 different phones and broke down the specs in a very professional manner and I left the store with a connected sony xperia all in under 15-20 minutes. DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK. LOVE THE FAST PACE WORK. KEEP IT UP. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

I'm glad they opened this new store next to the new Publix. My wife and I got new iPhones from Zacharia who is the store manager. Zacharia was great to work with. I would recommend this ATT store to everyone who live close by to Mineola, FL.
