Came here because my computer wasn’t charging and the gentleman at Geek Squad was so kind and helpful he truly changed the experience to a positive one. Then the gentleman who helped me get the charger was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. It is never a fun experience when your electronics start acting up (because it can become very expensive) but the customer service I received here made all the difference!

Awesome car (alarm) installation! Tedious process (for employee), but very happy: it works! Couple hiccups: traction control plug not reconnected, but I plugged it in. Items left in bay and I drove back 35min, calling on hold without an answer, but staff re-opened a now closed installation area (closes earlier than actual store) to retrieve items. Not ideal, but understandable...these guys do some amazing work that I appreciate! Very knowledgeable and got the job done well.

Vanessa, Jade, and Katrina were delightful and helped me find the projector I needed! This was the first time I walked into a store, and deliberately tried to find a sales associate to help me, and I was able to find exactly what I need less than 20 minutes.

Everybody was so incredibly nice, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. I worked in retail for years and I know if you came into my store at 6 o’clock on Christmas Eve I’m gonna be giving you the side eye. I needed something to complete my sons Christmas present, and it worked out perfectly. Thanks again.

I went to two other Best Buy locations and they were helpful and all but nothing out of the ordinary. I walk into this location and ask Yandy for help and he went above and beyond to get me what I need which was a screen protector for the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the iPhone 15 pro max. Then I head over to Tony in Geek Squad and let him know about my experience and he lets me know that he is the GM! Simply phenomenal I used to work management in the retail industry and you have to acknowledge a leader like that. Now when it comes to Geek Squad Tony was THE MAN! Amazing customer service as well and executed the job in such a professional and timely manner. I’m astonished with the synergy at this store and will definitely be coming to this location first before any other!

Melanie was so helpful in my visit today. She made sure to resolve my issue promptly and with the best of attitudes and guide me in the right direction. She made sure to listen to me and to double check to find the best possible solution for what I needed. After having a bad experience at another store the night prior, she made sure I didn’t walk away without having my issue resolved. Especially when it was such a simple fix (tv remote). Her attitude is definitely exemplary and superb! So appreciative of her. Also, she guided me towards Cesar in the TV section who was also super friendly and knowledgeable in assisting me. Definitely a great experience. Makes a difference to shop at a store where they treat you with such regard. Thank you so much once again Melanie & Cesar!! You’re amazing!!

Even at their busiest time of the year they still have people there to be able to help you (ie. Helping you get all your new stuff in the trunk of the car) and finding a specific item you’re looking for in the back of the store even if not out in display. The Black Friday deals were pretty good, I just feel bad how long they had some of these people working for! Anyways we love our new tv!

As always, I’ve had great service at Best Buy in general with them doing audio installation for me. This time it was on my recently purchased Jeep JKU. The staff was very courteous, did great work on the install as well as worked very cleanly. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Another great experience with Louis Herrera. He helped me last year so well that I changed stores to get his expertise on many different products. Louis is efficient, knowledgeable and professional!

Has an excellent selection of laptops and accessories. If you can’t find it at Best Buy, it’s almost like it doesn’t exist. The Best Buy at the Dade land north stop of metro rail is only a two minute walk. Next time I will go there instead of driving all the way to Westchester

It's one of the better BBs because of size and parking. Check out is very slow. They have one of the better car installation as can be seen by other stores closing their garage. Store empty,pickup very slow long line.Install bay open.

Efren from the appliance department is most definitely a valuable asset to this store. He helped make sure we got the appliance we needed as soon as possible, and followed up days later to make sure we were satisfied! Stellar employee!

Ordered a new Motorola modem online for in-store pickup. I was in & out in less than 5 minutes. The modem is amazing fast to what I had before and I’m pleased with my new purchase at a reasonable price.

If you're looking for electronics it's the place to go top of the line in the large screen TV and computers. Pretty good prices
