CVS

We've been customers at this store for several years with overall good experience. Associates are professional and helpful. Sometimes there are lines but everyone is doing the best they can. Probably short on employees like most places these days.

I went in to pick up a prescription at lunch time for the pharmacy. So I walked around the store and had contact with Aniyah and Fern as they stocked shelves. They were very friendly and were putting things on clearance to make space for new items. I decided to purchase some of the clearance things and they went and got me a cart and helped me. Great customer care!

Friendly staff, very helpful when questions are asked. Clean aisles, didn't see any unnecessary clutter. Everything was easy to find. Prices are a bit much but when you're in a pinch, it's doable.

Needs more options for adult incontinence products. Only two sizes generally available on the shelves which is a bit of an issue.

Pharmacists are all knowledgeable and will address every concern if they can. They answer questions about medications in a way that is easily understood.

If there were motorized carts available, the disabled community would be able to have an easier time in the store and frequently return.

Friendliest, most helpful pharmacy I’ve been to in ages.

First time I ever used this CVS and I was very impressed. I called them at 8:45pm as I was leaving the nearby urgent care to let them know in was picking up a prescription. They stayed on the phone with me to get it straightened out and by the time I got to the window it was ready for me. Great customer service. Thank you!!!

Zethan and Roxanna are great. Zethan helped get some things straight with my insurance coverage and script. Roxanna was very pleasant and still had a smile after I forgot to present a script coupon. All this at 8:55pm on a Friday. I thank them for their positive attitudes and costumer service.

Staff is extremely friendly and helps me get what I need I had a problem with getting needles for injections and one of the staff helped figure it out despite them being extremely busy.

Always a great place to shop

I switched from Walgreens because the staff were rude and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received when I started using CVS.

I have ALWAYS had great customer service from the Pharmacy Dept.

Besides the pharmacy drive thru being closed the past few times I went. All was what you would expect from a CVS store

I was able to get exactly what I was after and things are easy to find here. Not sure why, but when I entered, i set off the "inventory control system" which turned out to be useful. The self checkout wasn't working and there was no cashier to be found. Remembering that the inventory control system didn't like me, I stood in it until, summoned by the noice, a cashier showed up. The cashier was friendly and shared the laugh with me and a few other customers about the door alarm. Only thing keeping from 5 star was waiting 10 minutes for a cashier to show up.

No local pharmacy so this is far better than Walmart. It's close to our house so convenience is the deciding factor.
