Goodwill Leawood

I made my first trip to this store today and was very pleased with my experience. The merchandise was clean and displayed as if in a high-end a boutique store, and the pricing was reasonable considering the superior quality of the clothing and the condition of it (versus the original retail pricing). The sales associates were friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable about the mission of Goodwill in their own store as well as in the broad sense of of the different programs that are available through Goodwill to the general public. The store also offers two days during the week in which shoppers are be able to receive additional discounts on purchases. Be sure to check this 'gem' out if you are looking for quality clothing, shoes, accessories, or miscellaneous home decor items.

I was really excited we got a goodwill boutique. I've been to them in Maryland and Florida so I was really excited. So its small however, they do carry name brand women's professional wear, sports wear, casual women's, boots, boat shoes, flats, heels, tennis shoes, men and women sizes.
They just opened so I don't want to be harsh but maybe give them time to get really nice stuff. I honestly find the daytime things at regular goodwill and the price isn't as high. However if your looking for a handbag this would be a good first stop if your looking for a deal. The staff was really nice and I did buy a few things so there are deals here. Definitely a place I will stop at on the reg.

This Goodwill Boutique is amazing! The owner and people that work there are so friendly and nice! They had a great variety of clothing sizes and everything was so organized. I found several items that I love and I plan on going back soon to shop some more.

Upon my arrival, Crystal explained the layout of the boutique, Goodwill's sustainability programs, their steps towards inclusivity, and her positive experiences as an employee; she was more than happy to take the time to answer all of my questions. Christy was also incredibly friendly. As for the store itself, it is arranged beautifully; I have never walked into a Goodwill and considered it aesthetically pleasing before. When it comes to the higher prices, I am on the fence. On one hand, Goodwill has received a lot of backlash for continuing to raise their prices, so the boutique concept is a bit counterintuitive. On the other hand, there was a pair of brand new Express dress pants for $14.99, which retails close to $70, so that is still a good deal. If you're on a budget, keep in mind, you may not find anything below $11.99 at this location. Also, it appears this location does not have weekly tag color sales because all of the tags are white. In regard to the selection, I found several fun items from red Frye ankle boots to a plum suit dress, all in excellent condition; my compliments to the curator. Unfortunately, none were in my size, which is normal at a thrift shop - hit or miss. Usually, boutiques are small, but have multiple sizes available for each piece, so location size is not an issue. When there is only one of each item and it's a small store, a lot more luck is needed to find something that fits. Overall, it was fun to look around and and nice to not have to worry so much about accidentally buying something damaged.

This store is amazing. So many high end things. Customer service is great especially Cristy. She is so fun to work with and just gives amazing service. She is credit to your organization.

Crystal was so beyond wonderful. She was extremely helpful and so kind. Had a wonderful first experience because of this. Definitely will be coming back.

New Upscale Resale Goodwill, and it’s fabulous! High end brands and designer duds at bargain prices. I shop there a few times a week and find the cutest clothes 💗 I definitely recommend checking out the New ‘Goodwill Leawood’ location. It’s the Beverly Hills of thrift stores 🏬

The new Leawood Goodwill store really is a hidden gem...set up in a boutique style charm! The prices are a little higher but so are the products you find there.

Awesome little boutique Goodwill, all name brand clothing items with a few accessories and shoes. Not much in my size but my wife loves it.

It was easy to donate items. There was no line, the attendant was nice and helpful. It was easy to drive up and drop off.

Fast and easy drop-off donation center. They make it really convenient to bring in donations and sort them into the correct spot in order to get it where it needs to go.
