My experience is that this is a "quiet" store, and usually easy to get into and out of without a lot of hassle.
There is plenty of parking, but as typical with an underused parking lot, it's not in the greatest shape.
All that said, I prefer the store for the speed and product selection. And it's on my daily route.😀

This store had AMAZING customer service. The store manager made an exception for me when it came to a gift for my mom. It really made my holiday season. The store was also SO clean and had great selections of product.

Michael's is a great place to shop for art supplies. They have great deals on canvas and paints. I like that they have different grades of supplies so I can get my children cheaper items while they are learning and finer items when they get more advanced.

I was able to run in and grab what I needed. The staff was great. They helped me with the flowers and rose petals I needed to make the event that I had to decorate successful.

This location is well-stocked and organized. It's generally very clean and the staff is friendly. It's a convenient location too.

They had the square 10 inch frames that I needed for my artwork and they had them at an extreme discount! So I'm happy with that. I am not however happy with their colored pencil selection, but that's another story.

They had everything I needed for the art projects I am creating right now. I was delighted to see all of the whimsical spring decor out on display. They still had quite a bit of deeply discounted Christmas decor & gift clearance out for sale if you like to shop after Christmas sales. There was a nice selection of Valentines day products, Saint Patrick's day products as well as Spring & easter decor & products. My favorite thing I saw was their new artificial but very realistic woodsy woodland fern wreaths, fiddle head fern sprays & garlands. I could imagine myself into an enchanted forest full of fairies they were so perfect!

Love this store. They have everything you need to complete your project.

Had exactly a hat I needed but never can find coupons anymore. I spent more with a coupon. Coupon was the teaser that got me in the door but always bought more than planned.
The coupon justified it. Without a coupon, I make the planned purchase, and that's it.

Great place for all your crafting and decorations

One of the best places to go and get craft supplies! If you are looking for art things I definitely recommend this place. Workers were very nice and laid back and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

They have a lot of thing, it is a beautiful place

Ok I just want to say that I drove 41 minutes to come to this store not only because of the amazing employee Emma that you have working at this store, but she was so kind and so helpful in what I was looking for and didn't hesitate to want to make sure that all my craft needs where met before my journey to the store. I was going to leave a review from the receipt but I couldn't figure that part out. Thank you Emma for a job well done! I would drive out there again for your customer service.

Really nice custom framing team!

Staff was very helpful. I forgot that Missouri implemented mask mandate and was walking around without one on, one employee approached me very politely and asked if she could get me one, and still not putting it together I replied with no thanks, I'm good (kind of snarky and she responded in the most professional and polite way, then it clicked and with my foot in mouth took her up on her offer. I was very impressed by this young lady

I had to order from the 13627 Washington Street Michael's location because the one's nearest me were out of the product I needed. I ordered online for curbside pick up, but I went inside instead and did a bit more shopping. They had everything I needed, which was out of stock everywhere else.

Haven't seen a place which has more options for art and craft enthusiasts

They have a wide variety of Christmas crafts which are beautiful and a great price. The staff is friendly and helpful. They take the time to understand what you need and then help you find everything you need. I have been in several times in the last month and each time was greeted and remembered by Misty. That is a very warm feeling.

This was my first time at Michaels, and I just wanted to say how satisfied I was with everything! I need to look for some items I was not able to find on my own, so I asked one of the cashiers at the front for assistance and she was extremely helpful and kind! I believe her name was Alyssa. Definitely recommend this place for sure.

Good store, but strange encounter. I briefly held eye contact with a teenage boy as he was leaving, and I was entering, which was incredibly awkward. Mainly because I avoid the teenage species, and also because I hadn't realised that I was staring at him for multiple moments. That being said, I had a grand time. My mother and I picked out a few art supplies for my cousin, who turned 17. She was very excited by our contribution. Colored pencils, black paper (very funky), and a sketch book. Overall, nice time. Except my feet were hurting.
