Dollar General

This store has improved significantly ever since it has opened up. Every time I've been in here the past few months, the store has been kept very clean. The aisles are also typically well stocked and organized -- it's rare that I leave without being able to find what I need any more.

But above all, the customer service here has been consistently excellent. It's really easy to strike up a conversation with the clerks here. They're friendly, patient, and have been extremely helpful to me when I have had trouble looking for a specific item.

They could seriously teach some of the other locations a thing or two. Which is a complete 180 from before -- call me surprised.

Probably my favorite location. The light skin young lady cashier usually working when I go in is on point (the girl working the 105th Terr & grandview Rd location should get some tips from the young lady working at this location). She is always pleasant, polite, helpful and attentive. Exactly what customer service is all about and I'm all about customer service. The store is clean. The staff is friendly. The signs are properly hung. The prices are properly displayed. I am greeted upon arrival and again as I depart, as it should be. Thanks for setting a good example for all those who know what good customer service looks like and more so for those that just don't quite understand it.

Dollar general is a convenience store of a different breed. You can find anything there. And the prices aren't bad at all. They also have good decent sale items as well. I've often gotten things that were cheaper at the store than online.

Tom is always wonderful, and makes me feel even safer going there when he’s there. That place isn’t in the best of area, but I know Tom would help if any of us females were in need. Thanks Tom for your wonderful customer service as always!

the other day I saw the employee Tom give a customer a hug and pay for his items after they talked.
Tom told me his son was murdered days a go, and that they are regular customers, and it was the least he could do.

Gary and Tom are always a pleasure to see when they are working, and they make the atmosphere great! Jerry has also been a pleasure and seems to care about the community and its refreshing and awesome to see people caring about another.

The service is always great! The manager is always helpful and friendly. I drive out of my way for this specific location because they always have what I'm looking for.

This store has all the cleaning products I use. Sometimes the larger chains are out, or limit. Check this store if you need emergency items.

Has been great experiences everytime I've went to this location since I've moved over here. They've been improving staff and inventory is pretty good!

The staff is so much nicer and the store is much better stocked than the other Grandview location. They also stay open the hours listed and don't randomly close early.

This store was off to a rocky start when they first opened, but in the last year have turned things completely around and is now my favorite location.
