This self-professed tom boy went in last Wednesday and the two women who helped me find eye glam were knowledgeable, friendly and made the process fun!

We have always had wonderful experiences when shopping here. Both of my kids color their hair so we are here at least 5x's a year. Every employee we have encountered has been professional, helpful, And super nice. They always go above and beyond. They treat my kids with respect, and that is something you just don't see with customer service these days. ( I know other kids tend to act out when not accompanied by an adult)

This is a small store but the employees are nice and helpful where they can. I have been a frequent Sally's customer all my life. There is no other comparable store that I know of, and her supplies have saved me so much in salon services over the years. I love Sally's!:)

There was a customer who said he was sold a wrong item and made it seem as if the beauty advisor tricked him into buying the item. I was there and she told him they were currently out of the item he was looking for and proceeded to show him what they had in stock and so he went with a different one. She made sure if he was sure that was the item he wanted. I came back later today to get a developer and there he was yelling that she sold him the wrong item. I was shocked. Poor girl kept on apologizing. I just wanted to give that doll a hug. Her and her co worker did the best they could to handle the situation!

Two new girls handling a displeased customer who purchased the wrong item. The girl who did most of the talking handled the situation with professionalism and did her best to accommodate the customer. Kudos to the new girls!

Great location with helpful employees. Sometimes when I go to a Sally I either get ignored because I'm a guy or talked down to. Here I didn't get either of those attitudes and instead got some help that was friendly.

Customer service is incredible here! I would recommend coming here for a friendly, peaceful experience. The store looked organized and clean! :)
