Nicest town I have ever been! I had my hands full with donations. I dropped a few items, the nicest lady not only went out of her way to help me pick my items up, she let me go next so I had a place to set my items!!! Wonderful community!!!

Sad to see the world changing, an Walmart leading the way. Now, in Canada, if you haven't received the vaccine, you get escorted. An, can only get groceries, or your medicine.
I pray they don't push that division here in America!

This was a new experience since I've mainly shopped at the super Walmart. This was a bit smaller but fairly well layer out in most part wide isles. But there were a few that were hard to menover into an I did accidentally hit the end caps, knocking a few things off. Store was clean and not as busy as I was use to. It was an ok mark. The one thing I went for they was out or didn't carry it. Looked at all the product hanger tags and didn't see it there. Even though the app said it was. Small store small town.

Every employee was busy-actually working. While this shouldn't be a surprise, it is a stark contrast to my local Walmart in O'Fallon, IL.
The management of this location should be proud. ⭐⭐

Friendly helpful staff. My son got hurt and they were on it like that. Billi, Mary, and I'm so sorry I forgot the other ladies name. But all very sweet and kind. Show so much concern and made sure my baby was okay. And even shared since of humer and got laughs out of us.

The BEST in customer service -- ALWAYS! They actually have friendly PEOPLE at each register, doing their job with excellence. Rarely more than two people in a line, and readily call for checkers when the line grows.

Great location ,great variety at this location, friendly employees, and was even asked if I needed help once and if I was finding what I needed a bit later by another employee.

It's a tiny store! I love it! Can get in and out quick.

This is a hometown Walmart, so it won't have everything you need, but they have very good customer service! They do tend to have random items that other Walmart stores around don't have in stock. They have an automotive department and I do like to go here to get my oil changed and tires replaced. They do still have a jewelry counter if you are in need of a watch band or battery replacement though. FYI: No bakery, deli, fresh produce, or fruit.

I like this store because it isn't a Supercenter. It's easy to find what you need and get out, without spending an hour and walking for miles.

When I was growing up, this was our nearest Walmart.
I now live 3 hours away, but my wife loves this Walmart when we are back visiting. She says it carries think that our towns Supercenter doesn't. It is also neat and well-merchandised, and bit of a step back to Walmart of 30 years ago.

A good Walmart. Good selection. Needed a script and was ready when I arrived. Good service too!

Jerry in automotive service was exceptional! Went out of his way to help me swap out my spare on Ford F-150. Spent extra time explaining the torque settings for my lug nuts and also checked all the tires for correct tire pressure! Small town hospitality is the way everyone should act and be treated!

Friendly people work here, unlike other Walmarts. I think they all deserve a raise for outstanding customer service

I don’t normally come to Higginsville WM because of its size, but this is the 2nd time I’ve come to Higginsville for other reasons. I’ve had *terrible* experiences at other stores in Higginsville. Their city culture is not healthy. However today, after my terrible experience at a thrift store, I found WM a warm and friendly place to be! There was a rush at checkout and instead of typical WM practice of letting customers suffer through long lines, associates rushed to open all lanes, even the store manager jumping on a register. All associates were so kind and friendly, my cashier loaded the bags into the cart of the elderly lady in front of me. I still hate Higginsville and have no reason to return, but if I need to stop somewhere on my way through, I won’t waste my time at these other businesses and just do my business at WM.
