Topsy's Cafe

I relied on established reviews to eat at Topsy's Cafe. They were all correct.

The biscuits and gravy were delectable, and large. A real taste treat with lots of great sausage. My companion had a more conventional breakfast, eggs, ham and a pancake. It was just right and wonderful.

Our next trip through here, we will definitely stop at Topsy's Cafe. It was worth repeating!

Such a friendly local cafe. Our server welcomed right away, treated us like we were regulars(we were travelers, first time). Food was great and served hot. Portions were very generous.

First off I have to say this is one of the best burgers i have had in a long time!! The monster burger has burger pulled pork and an onion ring on top for one of the best combinations of flavor! The pulled pork is some of the best bbq I've had around this area and the sauce was perfect. If your in the area this is definitely the place to stop and eat without a doubt.

This place has never failed to impress me. If you want a great, fast, and reasonably priced breakfast, this is where you go. The eggs were perfectly cooked. The potatoes, crumbles in your mouth. They do not skimp on the ham. Now the best part is the biscuits. No one else compares. Hands down the best!

Stopped in here for lunch on our way through the town. Very mom and pop feel to the restaurant, and the food was good tasting. They offered a buffet but we just ordered sandwiches. Would return in the future.

Met my mom for lunch at Topsy's. Had not eaten here before. What a great find! Awesome family run business that has been here since 1912. It was like sitting down and eating lunch your country grandma made you. The chicken fried steak was great as was the mash potatoes and gravy. Green beans were the best I've ever had in a restaurant. They had about every type of pie you could want and they were hand made by the owners grandma down to the crusts. The pecan pie was perfect.
If you are even driving by this town and remotely hungry, you need to stop in and enjoy. Best meal I've had in a restaurant in the last year.

Based on a different review, I ordered the monster burger. They were right! Monster burger was the best burger I've ever had in my life. I talked about this burger all week long. The patty was thick and juicy, topped with pulled pork, bbq sauce, and and onion ring. The burger literally melts in your mouth. Definitely give it a try!

Perfect small town diner open for breakfast and lunch. Food was great and service was fantastic. Wear your stretchy pants because you're going to want to eat plenty!

A great local place just a short distance off the highway. I highly recommend stopping here and skipping the large chains. The onion rings were the best I have ever had and other favorites at our table were the french fries and the chicken fried steak. A thumbs up from all in our party!

This was exceptional breakfast. We stopped here on our way through town. A true down home diner atmosphere. The food was cooked great and there were soany options.

The only downfall that I could point out would be the upkeep. The building and the bathroom could use some updating, but it isn't terrible for a small eatery.

I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again for a decent diner experience.

Friendly staff! So accommodating. I have an insane amount of food allergies, and they were so accommodating! Most restaurants refuse to make something that isn’t on their menu, but they were so nice and made me a special omelette! Very good food. I am very picky about food quality, but their food was made from real ingredients. No complaints whatsoever!
