Amazon returns are so easy! Employees are helpful and quick!

I love the Lebanon UPS store. They treat me great. Better driving to town to the UPS and get my packages and mail, then dealing with the USPS who think they are god (Not all of them) Since I have been with UPS my packages aren't broken or stolen my mailbox door isn't left open in the rain cause it's inside. The stress this has taken off me has been unbelievable. The staff is always nice they treat you with respect. They are always helpful and if you need a copy or fax made or something shipped or stamps there you go all in one place no driving all over town. They have done nothing but gone out of their way to help me. Thank you all so very much

Thank you so much for everything you all have done. We unfortunately had to deal with an important package getting lost and damaged somewhere along the way across the country, at no fault of the local UPS. Though it was a difficult experience, the team at this store did everything they could to track down our package for us and make sure everything was made right. We sincerely appreciate it and would absolutely recommend our local UPS store.

Everyone inside the UPS store is so helpful when I come in! They delivery exceptional customer service and I'm always in and out quickly. They also offer printing services and always easy to work with when you need something printed quickly.

I reviewed this wrong initially. I looked into it more and the UPS stores have nothing to do with the delivery trucks. The store is well run from my experience there. I'm leaving it 5 stars so I don't hurt their business and because Google won't allow me to delete my initial review.

I send and receive inventory for my business at this location. Great service, the staff has helped me when I needed to track packages help with shipping questions. Also, this store did my business cards and marketing fliers, quick and affordable!!

Wonderful facility, The staff Derrick and Krissy are wonderful and always greet me with smiles. My go to place for all my Amazon returns.

The service has always been great here. I was disappointed though when I arrived to find out it is closed on Sunday now. Probably due to short staff.

Good UPS store! They were really busy for 12pm and definitely could use more staff.

Jenny spent a lot of extra time helping me with pictures and copies. She is always helpful and very kind. The prices there are reasonable whether you're getting copies or faxes. Thank you Jenny for all your help.
