Even with the wifi going out, they were very helpful and were able to get my stuff transferred from my old phone. Would've liked to sit out on the patio but no table and chairs for us! Thank you Samantha for your help today!

Our former cell carrier dropped the ball. My husband needed a new phone after his ext.speaker broke... and after 3 1/2 years of loyalty and perfect payment history they offered to LET HIM buy an $800.00 phone. We took our business to Cricket and they were great! They got us into 2 new phones and same service we had. Very satisfied! Is there no value in loyalty? I won't mention the carrier but they aren't the only option in town.
