The UPS Store

I received punctual, accurate service during a busy time at the store when I had multiple packages for packing and shipping services.

I ship frequently due to Ebay. I'm treated well here as the staff go above and beyond. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Many people seem to have trouble with UPS and think that the UPS store is the place to leave complaints but they are different entities, different services. I'm always treated well here. The service is much more helpful as compared to many workers at the front desk of some post offices. I'm given options for shipping here, different costs and arrival times. The line moves quickly unless customers are unprepared when they get in line, ie not ready to go or things not boxed up. Parking is easy. I am thankful to have this shipping option. It's easy and convenient to ship here.

1st time I've ever used a UPS store! I may never go back to post office again!!! They have everything you need and they will Even package it for you if you need them to!
They can also make prints for you! From small pages to blue prints! They have it all!

These guys are always very helpful and efficient. I know they can't give away envelopes and other items but that's expected. They are running a business after all. They will go out of their way to help you get a package ready and make sure you get the best price. They also take care to do really nice color prints for a good price if you need prints. I rent a box from them and they are always quick to remember me and get my mail without asking the box number. They have been a life saver for me many times and we are lucky to have a resources like this in Sedalia. I for one LOVE the UPS store.

Emailed for a quote, it was reasonable so I gave the go-ahead. They carried out my task and attempted to contact me via phone and email with my final bill a half-day earlier than I'd thought likely. Great first impression.

They never fail to to greet you with a smile, kind words and answers to all my mailing needs. I’ve used this store as much or more than I do the Post Office. The location is convenient and they have any and all packing supplies you could possibly need. The card selections are really funny and cute too. 👍

I have lived in town for 6 yrs and have always had pleasant experiences at the UPS store. Staff is very pleasant, professional, personnel, efficient and knowledgeable. It is nice to be greeted with a smile and share in positive chat!

They have always been pleasant, professional and helpful to me. Much better than the post office. Plus they tell you exactly when your package will be delivered.

Great customer service and fees are somewhat higher than USPS but it is a premium shipping company. As far as the store, it is clean and there are no waits.
