They showed up at 8am exactly as scheduled. They were super polite, friendly and professional. They were conscientious and took great care when carrying the equipment through my home. Installation was quick and efficient. They took all the packaging with them and before I knew it they were on their way.

They installed a multi-gym for us. Arrived on time, finished early, machine is perfectly assembled, were super polite and hard workers...and cleaned up every bit of trash.
Prior to their visit, I was contacted by a very nice person to schedule the install. It was followed by a confirmation email...and they texted when they were on their way.

The fitness E.R team did a fantastic and expedient job delivering and installing my home gym in our garage. The work was professional, and both were very polite and courteous to any changes in the placement or corrections that I asked for. They unpacked, and when finished with set up, they took every single bit of the packaging with them when they left. Keep up the great work.

The guys were great! They were careful and precise with the install of our treadmill. They also took the time to advise me on s8mple maintenance items to look out for and how to remedy them. Excellent service!!

Fitness ER is, by far, the best for customer service, equipment sales and equipment service. They had to order the parts for my exercise machine. They kept checking on their status and then informing me. They received the parts two weeks early and promptly wanted to schedule me immediately to fix my machine. Logan and Joseph were on time, fixed my machine, and now it works amazing! I highly recommend Fitness ER!

Fitness ER were professional from start to finish! We had a timeline that changed multiple times and they understood and worked with us with a friendly attitude the entire time. Logan and Joseph came and moved exercise equipment from one home to the next with great care for our things and even navigated our very steep driveway to get everything in the basement door without going across the new floor. Definitely recommend them!!

Both delivery/set up personal had excellent technical and communication skills. Their demeanor made the experience incredibly positive, so much so we would be tempted to purchase another piece of equipment just to have the experience again.

Both techs that came out to diagnose my treadmill seemed very knowledgeable of the equipment and were very friendly. They came back out a second time with new parts and that were a nice upgrade to my current Precor treadmill. I am very happy with the service the Fitness ER did!!

The installers did a great job! They had my equipment put together in a timely manner. They positioned it in my house just as I asked. They cleaned up after the installation. Both guys were friendly and polite! Very impressed!!

Eli came out to fix our treadmill. I was surprised how quickly he was able to diagnose and fix our unit. It now works as good as the day we bought it. He was knowledgeable, professional and very qualified. We will absolutely use Fitness ER again.
