Joe's Diner

So tucked away is this little obscure diner, more like a little burger joint that has the flashback to the 50’s and 60’s!

The seating area inside is tiny but comfortable. There are also some tables outside if you want to eat picnic style.

The food was great and the portions are good as well. The fries could have stood to be cooked a little longer but that comes down to who is cooking at the time. The homemade onion rings were the bomb!

The staff were all friendly and having a good time which is contagious and made the customers happy as well.

Worth trying if you are in the area!

Looking for that authentic old-time diner feel? Look no more! This place has good food, great service, and such a cute atmosphere! Obviously being small, there are times where the waits can get a little long, but it is so worth it! Best sloppy joe I have ever had!

It’s just the cutest little mom and Pop shop ever! My favorite part is how fresh the food is. When I placed my order, I actually watched them prep a fresh chicken breast, not frozen, or precooked, but fresh! I don’t know what they use in their breadings, but I think they’re the best chicken strips on the face of the Earth and don’t even get me started on the onion rings! One of the few great route 66 stops left .

Went here with my husband and two of our children. The food was great and reasonably priced. The burgers were well made, generously portioned and they topped them exactly how we like them. The fries were fresh cut and good but the real stand out was the onion rings, which were obviously made in house and were perfect. We will be back because we liked it and also because the kids are absolutely certain that their grandpa will love it and they want to bring him.

It's at a baseball field so fan food? Yes but, the food was amazing. I was very impressed and the prices were low. Getting that food was a little slow, but for a small family shop, it was worth the wait.

Everything you want and more from a route 66 diner with a walk up. Friendly staff, tailored menu, and good fried food. The fried jalapeno are text book on how they should be made.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The owner, herself, was there taking orders and waiting tables as well. Very friendly and welcoming. I had one of the best tenderloins I've ever had! If you're in the area, you really need to give them a try!

I haven’t had Joe’s Route 66 diner in almost 15 years, visited over the weekend and the food is just as good as I remembered it being! They are now open on the weekends, and have the BEST onion rings around! Also, try the candy fries, they are a must!

Great little place right off I-44. And by little, I mean 3 booths, three tables-for-rwo and four counter stools. The burgers are tasty and not from frozen patties. The bathroom is a whole nuther review.

Little hole in the wall diner with killer food. Staff was fantastic and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back in the future when we make our way back to Missouri again. Highly recommend popping in and grabbing some grub.

Had the Mean Joe burger, onion rings & fried jalapeños. For a 1 lbs burger, this was one of the tastys burgers I have had in a long time. The onion rings and fried jalapeño were very good, and you get more than you can eat in one sitting.

Definitely a must stop fun place to eat and experience!

Me n the wife order 2 double chz burgers 2 milk shakes n fried mozzarella.
The fried mozzarella was the best ive had in awhile was real mozzarella.
Milk shakes were delicious and simple nothing complicated.
Burgers were juicy simple n just awesome.
We went outside to enjoy the weather while waiting. They brought it out to us whixh wasn't expected at all! So greatful. Thanks guys!!!

Dbl chz, mushrooms, fries and malt shakes..... My friend cyler and I went mountain biking and I found this great place by accident. The food is bomb, definitely worth going. Great music as well.

An old fashioned diner. This place is awesome. I had the double Cheese Burger and the french fries. It was out of this world! Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was great and all the employees were very customer friendly. This is a great place for a quick bite to eat. I highly recommend this diner.

Honestly didn't expect a whole lot out of such a small little place, but don't let that deceive you! The lady working the register and bringing out our food was super friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and the prices were unbeatable! I can't recommend it enough, if you are passing by and need a bite to eat, go here!

Honestly the saddest thing about when i left Missouri was knowing I would be hours away from this amazing diner, when I was living in Strafford I would go here a few times a month and I was never let down by the service and food. Thank you for being a very welcoming diner

Remember it is a diner so the atmosphere is perfect for a diner. The food is fantastic and the people are friendly. Will definitely be going back. Best burger I have had in a while. Fries and onion rings are excellent.
