Over the last decade, I’ve been a customer at least 7 different pharmacies. I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with several pharmacists & their staff members, but since moving to Browns Mills last year, Ive only ever had positive experiences at this pharmacy. The entire pharmacy staff is comprised of the sweetest & most helpful people I’ve ever come across. What really sets them apart from other pharmacies though is their pharmacist, Heather. Every time I come in, she immediately greets me with a smile & is quick to start getting me what I need as soon as possible. Like many businesses, they’re understaffed, so they do get busy pretty often, & it makes me really sad to see how so many customers are so quick to hurl insults & abuse at them. Personally, I’ve only ever seen them all working as hard as they can to help everyone who comes in, & they’re always just as sweet to all their customers as they are to me.

The retail aisles are well organized and updated. The retail staff is very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy staff is very efficient. Both the pharmacy and retail staff seem to be worn out. I think CVS should hire more people to take some of the pressure off the current staff.

The woman organizing the COVID-19 vaccine check-in at this CVS was amazingly efficient. All CVS stores should find someone like her to speed the process up.

I am very please with all that work there and there service. If anyone has a complaint they are just crabby. I have been going there for twelve years now and I have yet to find a problem there. I Love You Guys & Gals !!!!
