NAPA Auto Parts

Had to deliver insulation here a couple of days ago. And the staff lady was very nice as she let me leave the insulation outside for her workers to get rather than me wasting time taking it in myself the best client I ever delivered too. I never really been inside a nap but from what I can see the staff is pretty nice so that must translate to a good experience as a buying customer. Highly recommended for auto parts.

Got a set of struts from this location to fix my wife's car. There was a slight issue with the wrong struts showing up, but it was fixed the following morning and they are an amazing improvement on the car. The staff was willing to lend advice and they got me pointed in the right direction for the repair that was needed.

Like most of you know businesses can be good for little to know reason but the fact they they have the product the consumer needs. Businesses become great because of the people. This is a Great business. Thank you for all the advice and help over the last few years.

Big Thank you to all the staff at this store!! My car broke down on the side of the road. I needed parts asap. The staff went out of their way to help get those parts for me. Everyone was real friendly and i greatly appreciated their help. Was able to fix my car the same day.

Got stuck with my truck, found out it was the starter. Called them up at 9:25am on a Sunday and even though online says 10am open, a lady answered the phone. Helped me right away and notified me that they had the part in Stock. I made my way over. Herself and a younger guy helped with a few more questions, even showed me me how to save %20 on the spot with no catch. Done and gone, fixed my truck and all is well. Thanks guys, you are awesome!

Trudy, Ralph and the others who work at the Napa on Dix road, make it a great experience showing they really do care about the customers and showing interest in your tasks, needs and desires when it comes to auto parts. I have never been more happy to walk into a Napa than when I walk into this one.
