Publix Super Market at Galleria

I'm Canadian and just here on holiday, but it was still a great experience. The young lady who served was very polite and full of smiles...and I will add, there was a customer who was ahead of me, but willing to let me go ahead. Is also worth noting. I didn't, but it was still nice.

Staff most helpful when trying to find items.
Clean and tidy.
Had a problem with the self pay but a kind staff member sorted out for us immediately.
Great store to get your necessities.

No complaints- the fresh cut fruit could be better advertised and in a better location. Also, they did not have any Lactaid brand milk today. But, their rotisserie chickens are delicious and if they are “out” they will make you one nice and hot!

Update 12/07/2023: I saw much improvement since I last wrote this. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ella in the deli who was the most patient and nicest when making my sub. Others can learn from her by example. I'm back to being a happy customer.

The deli sandwich station is usually very messy and the deli staff is short-staffed, short-tempered, rude and unprofessional. They just slap the sandwich together with no love whatsoever. Where's the love? They should learn a thing or two from the other successful departments. The other departments are excellent, like the meat and seafood department. How are the other departments able to hit 5 stars and the deli hit so low? How do the delis at other Publix stores do so well? Do better. Start with a better attitude. I think there are tons of people looking for work that would be happy to have a job and do it with a smile!

Faith was very helpful and even called another location for me as I was on the hunt for Fresh Pet which they didn’t carry at this location.

My favorite neighborhood Publix is Galleria, especially lovely Jackie at customer service always serving in excellence!! Jackie is Professional, knowledgeable & always sweetly smiles in kindness . This place has almost everything you need on your grocery list. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized market.

Very clean, good selection of healthy food and easy to find a parking space.

Parking is scarce, but the store is stocked well and closest to the beach area. Check out is fast and prices are comparable to other stores in the area.

Not the largest Publix but everything I wanted was there. Clean and well signed.

Angie (Employee handing out ham samples) and Joe (Deli) were very kind to me and hard working. Angie gave great hospitality as I’m vacationing in the area and Joe made a delicious wrap for me and my family! Best Publix I’ve been to so far! Place also looked nice and was clean.

Enjoyed shopping here and the manager is a very active on the go manager. Hands on was going through deli products with workers for excellent hot food bar experience. Your work does not go unnoticed. I have delivered for over 20 years to your warehouses as a Truck driver with my business and was really impressed at your convenient,easy access and location. With the homeless rate increasing and the loitering we understand it's beyond anyone's control when we make it to and from our cars to shop with you. Maybe more actively navigating the entrance and exits would be our safety net. Thanks.

Great, not as many homeless people as the Las olas one or the one at sunrise and US1

Great Publix location. Lot of options, plenty of parking and very friendly staff. Can’t recommend enough.
