The UPS Store

I had to forward an amazon parcel for a return to this store as I was out of the country. The parcel didn't have the label and Belal helped me to get it processed online. Great service, thanks!

My go-to UPS store in Mullica Hill never lets me down. They have great and respectable customer service. I never have an issue with any of my Amazon returns because they take care of everything for me!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I go to them for all my printing and shipping needs and they make everything SO easy! Hours are super convenient as well.

Never had a bad experience, always polite, and throughout Covid they always wore masks and social distanced. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about other than individuals who misunderstand Amazon's shipping or have some unrealistic expectations. Recommend this place. Not affiliated in any way with it, just leaving a positive review to counterbalance the negative unrealistic ones....

I was interested in purchasing a kitchen sink from an ebay seller in NJ and needed to have it shipped to Florida. I called the closest UPS store which was the Mullica Hill store and spoke with Alyssa. She was extremely helpful and assured me that they could package and ship the sink to me. I am so happy that I bought the sink and used the Mullica Hill UPS store. Alyssa did an amazing job securely packing the sink and getting it to me. Alyssa was in constant contact with me via phone and email to let me know the status during the process of her receiving the item, processing my payment and shipping the sink out. She even sent photos of the item in the box with all of the packaging before it went out. The seller of the item told me that she has worked with Alyssa before and has always had a great experience with her. Thank you Alyssa for a wonderful experience and my sink arrived in perfect condition!!!

Greg and Gabby were beyond helpful.
I came to return 7 items but could not scan the email that was sent to me.
They contacted the vendor and had the return authorization sent to their store email, printed the labels and affixed them.
Awesome.
Less than10 minutes also..
They are the best.

I went to this store unprepared to return a package to Amazon. Lucky for me Alyssa was there to greet me. Her Personality and Attitude is infectious. She made my day and walked me thru on what I needed to do to return my package. Alyssa is Great.

Gabby always goes out of her way to help me. She does everything from holding on to the flash drive I left at her store to helping me with large printed presentations to shipping. She always greets me with a smile and a can do attitude. She is a perfect representative for the UPS brand for the owners of the Mullica Hill Store.

I have used this facility to return and mail out many packages and have never had a problem. The staff is always efficient and courteous
