Bjorn was My brother too yeah if you want absolutely wonderful. He went over all the details. A couple of times was very patient and kind. We will always come back here.

Thiago is awesome! I had multiple miserable experiences with Verizon customer service and when I went into the store, Thiago was able to take care of everything smoothly, professionally, and expertly! I wish have STARTED here…and next time, I will!!

I just had the absolute best experience at the Verizon Store in Mullica Hill NJ. I cannot thank Thiago Campanha enough for his superb customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in detail. In addition to assisting us with our purchase of two new iPhones, he also helped us with adding and removing services to our plan. He was exceptional at his job. I hope upper management is aware of this and rewards him accordingly.

Zack and Bijorn were a great help. Didn’t plan to spend half a day in the store but it was worth it. Both were nice and very helpful.

Zach helped me reconnect my iPhone to my car’s bluetooth after I tried everything I could think of on my own. Thank you! Happy holidays!
