I'll start this off with I have been visiting this GameStop location since I can remember. I believe 4 years old. I have been going to this location for 17 years in other words. In all of that time, I have never had a problem with the staff, or anything else. I remember at least 30 different employees over the years. The one thing they had in common and still do, is that they are friendly and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. GameStop Corporate is a different story, but I think every person who as worked here really enjoyed helping out and dealing with customers. From simply dropping by to Pre-Order a game, to going to a midnight launch for a highly anticipated game, this location and it's staff as never done wrong by me. Over the years I have gotten more into PC Gaming so unfortunately I do not need to stop by as much as I'd like to. I still have a Nintendo Switch and a PS4, so I still come by to pick up physical versions of those games. Even if the landscape goes fully digital, I hope I will still find a reason to go to this GameStop, even a made up reason, just to visit them again. Thanks a lot for everything over the years guys!

Good selection of games and other pop culture merchandise. Helpful staff, never too busy so it's a quick in and out.

Pretty simple, I really like this GameStop. I've visited it less than a handful of times in the span of three years; believe it or not. Each time I visited, I purchased something and have had a good experience. The area it's located is very nice. Plenty of parking, easy to navigate to as well. The store itself is great, there are a ton of items in stock to choose from. Chances are they have what you're looking for. I highly recommend checking out this GameStop if you are in the area or just looking to go to a new GameStop. The employees were nice and helpful. The area insure is very clean and organized very well. Have fun stopping in!

Stopped in to buy my first PS4 game and I couldn't have been happier with the service. I chose The Last of Us Remastered and The Uncharted Collection and asked for her opinion. After a little back and forth she chose The Last of Us. After playing for a few hours I couldn't be happier.

First time in this store to purchase an Xbox video game for my grandson's birthday. I was overwhelmed with the quantity of video games and other goods for sale. They even have pre-owned games for resale at unbelievable low prices! Perhaps since I was a new customer or perhaps this is the level of service provided, the sales clerk spent considerable time showing me around the store and recommending age appropriate games for my grandson. That was extremely helpful in making my purchases. I will definitely shop there again!

This GameStop always has what I need. The staff are always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall selection is good, and there is usually not a crazy line. Store is kept nice and neat. Definitely give this GameStop a look, as it will be worth the time.

Great service. Staff is very knowledgeable. My son makes sure we take a trip there at least twice a month to see what's new. They are very good with their return policy also.

We had problems with getting a $50 gift card from online purchase. The staff could not have been more helpful we had all info needed to clarify confusion from holiday snafu. We left with situation rectified made a in store purchase and left very satisfied with our outcome.

GameStop Of Midland Park NJ is a great store and the service is the best and it’s a family friendly store always so helpful. I suggest to any gamer going to this GameStop because I know you’re in for a great helpful service. They do the best midnight launches ever and I thanked them for they do. Best video game store I’ve been to in history of GameStop stores.

Called around to a few GameStop's and none of them would answer the phone, so i had to go physically and find out that they're neither busy nor do they have what I'm looking for. This place did and the gentleman working there answered the phone promptly.

Really friendly staff. They helped me get the best deal by taking advantage of their promotions. I was in and out with a new system and 2 games in less than 10 minutes.

The manager seems douche but just ignore him their is a guy in they that wears glasses and is on the chubby side but he is super helpful and friendly he hooked me up wit a xbox one x and red dead redemption 2 for 290$ and he was really super helpful better then any game stops I went to l, the other staff member seemed ok and like I said try to ignore the manager he a lil weird

Even going back to my younger days when I would loiter in here, the staff have ALWAYS been helpful and nice. Must be something in the air in Midland Park. Good service and a pretty good selection as well.

This is the best gamestop i’ve ever been too! Staff is friendly and helpful. The staff is so friendly that they remember your name after going there just a couple times. The staff knows about almost every game and tells you when a game is great or garbage. This is 10 times better then the paramus park mall gamestop.
