Great experience I had today at this Target location this morning. From the minute I walked in, a very friendly employee greeted me with saying good morning and how are you? That is so rare to see these days to be greeted professionally and genuinely immediatedly upon entering a retail environment. If the employee was hired for holiday help and not a regular full time employee, please consider keeping her on the team after the holiday season is over because even as I was walking to retrieve my items, I could overhear her greeting customers as they entered Target. I was able to find exactly what I needed from another helpful employee immediatedly upon request. The checkout service was also a breeze thanks to my cashier by the name of Brian. He was very patient, kind and I didn't feel rushed in the least. If this is a sample of how this Target branch operates now, they will go places.

This review is for the customer service employee Krystal, who went out of her way to help me find a product. I asked 2 other floor sales associates, and they couldn't be so bothered!!

Love this store, I’ll spend a Saturday morning with a coffee from the Starbucks (5% off with the Red card!) and take my time going down my list. The customer service desk is also pretty good with order pickup and returns.

I'd like to give Target of Howell kudos on their staff.
The cashiers that I have recently experienced (several trip for past few months) have been really awesome!
I have to say that because I had one lady go wayyy above and beyond the call of duty to help me!

Just the other day I interacted with another cashier (Michael) such a nice young man. He was attentive in every respect and I truly appreciate the kindness and consideration provided me.

I hae noticed when the lines start to build, they have a lady thta is ON IT! She is watching for the register movement and guides you to it! Personality is top notch too!

Lastly...a HUGE shout out to CVS (this is my new location to go to) Bejal & Hunter are just wonderful. Such nice people and genuine!...ok...one more...the peeps at STARBUCKS!

Absolutely amazing Target for all your needs! Great product availability and very clean! Every manager and employee gives great customer service and hospitality. To name a few Sara opens the store with a smile every morning. Alex and Terry keep the shelves stocked with fresh produce and are very helpful with locating products. Even check put is pleasurable with friendly smiling faces. Lynn & Terry always open another lane when needed and greet each person as a valued customer. Thank you and 5 stars!

I returned an item that I purchased through the app for the store pick up. It was the easiest process. I just pulled up the order on the app, associate scan the barcode and 123 all was complete. And the associate was very pleasant.

Great customer service and nice products

Drive up curb side was fast and efficient. I was able to park and in about a minute there was a worker with my items. Buying online and picking up at store drive up service was the best experience and very safe with ongoing pandemic. Getting notification on the app that my items were ready, responding to notification was easy notifying on my way, and upon arrival marking arrived was so easy and there was someone there with my items by the time I place the car in park. Can not ask for faster service.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! The store was neat and clean! The bald guy with the beard was cool too! Thanks target!

Store is very clean and organized! The customer service desk was awesome. Even though there was an issue with the return, they figured it out quickly, and got me in and out quick! This happened 8/13/2021 around 1:15 so you can see which awesome employees it was!

Aaron and Elle were extremely helpful today. Sometimes it takes just a small act of kindness to brighten your day and they both made my trip to target a breeze. I will always come back here just because the employees are so wonderful.

Little things. Good prices. Clean, organized store. Today I went through self checkout and bought a table lamp. Was just going to carry it out. An employee came up and asked if I wanted a big bag to carry it in. Little things like that make me appreciate the workers at Target.

I'm a former employee of Target. I believe in giving reviews on the service I've received, good or bad. Mostly good. A friend and I went into Target yesterday to find an item, we travelled to another target to get what was not in the Target near us. We received excellent service in the Target of Ocean, they didn't have what was needed so they researched other stores and sent us to this Target. Any Target I visit I get excellent customer service form any employee I encounter. As in other stores they brush you off, not Target. Kudos to all.

the person cleaning the carts was very polite and opened my eyes to a wonderful time. Last minute valentines gifts were hard to think of but the people in the clothing section helped me a lot. Great great great.
