Excellent customer service - staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We got new front door with storm door and Germaine was above and beyond!! Extremely knowledgeable and patient… and with a smile all the time! Such a pleasure to get our home stuff at this lowes!

Robert from inside seasonal was so helpful. He helped us find a tree, then helped us find another tree that was cheaper and never once complained but remained cheerful

Santa greeted me when I walked in. Told me where I could find sinks. Good selection of sinks. Step by step instructions how to select sinks and cost to have it installed if you don't want to DIY.

John from the paint department is a real gentleman, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I came in with a difficult application, he took my phone number down, did the research and then called me back the next day, with a great product.

My washing machine was not working well so I took a trip to Lowe's just to look. Cory in appliance was a big help in picking out a new machine. I bought it and am having it delivered and hooked up. Pete the manager was also a tremendous help. I'm very pleased with my Lowe's adventure. I will definitely shop there again.

Randi from the Howell, NJ location of the kitchen cabinet department handled what was a challenge, because of specific measurement requirements, like a pro. Her knowledge, experience, although new at the Lowes in Howell, and delightful personality made designing our little kitchenette so fun. She’s a real asset to your team.

Who's better Lowes or HD? IDK but I think the lumber is better at Lowes. Just be careful with plumbing parts. I bought a check valve that was cracked.

It had to be taken off my rv,2 guys helped and they helped put the new one on the rv.
I don't remember the woman at customer service, but she was my sun shine,in and out in 20 minutes even though there short handed.

Been going here lately, instead of the other place. Sales people are totally 1000 more helpful smiles and pleasant. Shopped for a sliding door recently. Sales man moved 3 doors until I was satisfied, all with a genuine good mood.

We purchased flooring and dealt with Orlando. We can’t say enough good things! Orlando was great, very knowledgeable. He made the process a breeze.

Looking for a specific item, it was showing up online on the in store map at the wrong aisle location, was easy to find an associate who was actually quite helpful in trying to locate the product with me.

I gave this store a 5 because until today I have ALWAYS come home with what I was looking for.

Today, I was searching for a metric lag screw, and honestly the options were limited, and the item I needed wasn't in stock. I have a unique floor lamp with several swivel joints, and my excess exuberance in tightening had caused me to shear off one bolt.

In my view, if a store has a bin for an item, they should reorder when inventory is low.

I asked for assistance and left after waiting 10 minutes for help to arrive. Time to shop online?

I suspect this item is in low demand, but as I already stated, if there's a bin, it should be resupplied.

Where have all the real hardware stores gone?

I had a good shopping experience here at Lowes. The only difficulty is sometimes there are not enough sales people available to guide the customers. But when I did find a person to help me they were very knowledgeable, and that's what we need. I'm a good Baker, but this ain't a bakery. The Shields person explained which tools I needed and showed me exactly where to find them and I was able to complete a difficult project.

Rob of the tile department in the Howell Store was very helpful to me, explaining how I will need to work with the stone and ceramic mosaic I was buying for use as trim in a shower. He showed me the products I will need to use in preparing the stone told for grouting(sealant - stone must be sealed), the correct thin set color for stone (white,) and the product I need to use every six month for cleaning b and I
