I am not one to leave reviews but I have to after the outstanding help I received from Amber. I originally tried to set my new service up online and had major issues. I went into this location and Amber greeted me at the door and was with me till the end. She made me feel like family I never had and even followed up with me the next day. Jean was also great but was busy helping another customer. Amber was so knowledgeable I asked if she was a manager because she should be!! I decided to switch over my familys phone service online. It was a mess. But Amber helped me out so much. Even taking my phone call on her personal phone. She definitely went above and beyond! Any issues I encounter, I know that I can go in thw store and be helped with no issues!

Erick and Mike are truly amazing people, their kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. I had a very horrible few days being robbed my connection to the outside would was taken away. I was in such distress when going into AT&T, these two gentleman got me in and out very quickly their knowledge and compassion goes a very long way. I would never go anywhere else these gentlemen are my new store

My experience at the store was great the sales rep Eliza Cerna and Mike the manager help me a lot throughout the process the sales rep was really efficient at her job and knew what she was doing very well I’d recommend this store to anyone looking to buy with AT&T they have great customer service here

My husband Godfrey was taken care of by Erick. So he referred me to him. I went in and opened a FirstNet account for being Nurse. I was assured by Erick and Omi. To young amazing men, who treated me with the upmost customer service and understanding about my services.

Great people all around. These guys really helped. Able to problem solve and think out of the box in order to get around weird problems. I hope I don't have to trouble them again, but if I ever need any help this is the place I intend to come to, and I suggest you do as well.

The guy at the Wellington AT&T store help me convert my old iPhone eight into the iPhone 11 promax.

He was handling multiple customers simultaneously but didn’t get excited or flustered and kept his cool.

He even apologize two times because it took a little longer but he was great and we got the job done.

BTW, it was about 7 PM when we left and normally he is supposed to leave at six

Just got my new phone from Leilani at the Wellington AT&T. She was very knowledgeable and patient which made the experience that much easier. Definitely go see her for any phone needs!

I went in the store to upgrade my S9+ to a S21+. The service I received was outstanding. There was a problem changing over to First net buteveryone that I worked with was nothing but helpful.
