Had a great shopping experience today at the Wellington, FL store! My salesperson, Adriana was amazingly helpful and I am so looking forward to getting my living room furniture!

The customer service was exceptional in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct furniture and specific measurements for the unique spaces within a brand new venue. Woods, the sales associate were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery.

Julie is a very understanding and competent sales associate. She is very relatable and easy going as well. We had to take time to make decisions and she didn’t make us feel rushed or put off one bit as we made our minds up even when I went through all of my thoughts out loud. She actually could insert herself in my mind to see my points and needs for our home dimensions and the needs of our child and other family members… in order to help me make the best decision. I’m not indecisive, but I do have many factors to consider (mobility around furniture, confined spaces, need for handicapped pathways to stay unobstructed, childproofing, cleaning options, comfort options, dimensions to accommodate tall people, etc)!!! She was so helpful in understanding my needs! Thank you Julie!

I was looking for the Ashley store and my maps took me to City furniture, I went in and was greeted very nicely by a lady named Hilbo,
She took me upstairs to the Ashley area and found out what I was interested in and took her time with me and after an hour or so I walked out at the store after purchasing exactly what I wanted. First time ever I shopped at a big name furniture store and with service like that it will not be the last time.

I needed a new couch and bed for myself for the house i just purchased. Dario helped me find a great reclining sofa for my living room. Tyga helped me with my bed and both of them handled the paperwork and delivery quick and easy. Whole experience was great thanks to them.
