Eddie Bauer Outlet

Absolutely brilliant service. I went Black Friday shopping yesterday. I bought a pair of pants for my son that ended up being too small. I took them back today to exchange them for something else. The something else was a few dollars more than the pants, so I expected to top up the payment (less than 2 dollars). However Brandy, the clerk, just exchanged them across the board with a price correction to spread the holiday cheer. She won a customer for life!

They are always helpful and cheerful, and the discounts for clearance items are amazing! This is my favorite place to get good looking and durable clothes at great prices!

The assistant store manager (I can't remember her name) was very helpful, understood that I was from out of town and was able to deep discount my purchases today!

The store was very well maintained and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Very large selection at reasonable prices. Ended up going back the next day to pick up more items that my mother had liked.

The shoes they sale are hands down the most comfortable and best made shoes on the market. I had my last pair for two years.

I really liked my visit. First time in an Eddie Bauer but won't be my last. All the ladies working were very friendly. I especially liked Sarah and Marilyn. I hope I spelled her name correctly. You could tell they all worked hard and cared. Really got a welcoming vibe here!

Visiting from Utah. Prices are great, staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed shopping here and talking with the staff.

Brandy was EXCEPTIONAL! I told her what I was looking for and she dug around through boxes in the back of the store until she found it! Above and beyond service !!

At the seaside outlet store there is a lady named Laura who works there and she is amazing! !! She IS there to help the customers. I really appreciate her and how she went out of her way to help me. Smart lady wish I could give her a raise. The store is lucky to have her. Seaside customer

Someone greeted us at the door and told us about the sales that we're going on. There were bottles of hand sanitizer and everyone was required to wear a masks. We felt very sale and had a great experience.

Clean and well stocked store. Nice clothes on the sale racks. The Eddie Bauer by my house at the outlet collection in Auburn is not so great. Loved the one in Seaside.

Great shopping experience. Had some good deals and the saleswoman Brandi went to the back and all over to find me some tall large shirts. Really enjoy the Seaside outlets.

Great prices and discounts 50-70% off. Found a rain coat, 2 fanny packs and a sun hat for 85.00. Good quality too.

Not much to say, it's super weird their customer limit is like 6 and the store is huge, but the staff was really helpful and friendly.

What if you leave your coat if the hotel 158th this is the place to stop and replace it. We also picked up a few other things since the store had so much to offer.

Lots of sale items. I was looking for some t shirts and found a nice assortment of colors in my size. Can't beat the quality for that price!
