your standard acai bowl. nothing impressive or too special so it feels a little overpriced.

The wait time is ridiculous!! They have employees standing around when they could be making orders. I literally waited 20 mins for a açaí bowl that wasn’t worth the wait or the price. Ppl came after me and ordered juices and they left before me because the associate making my bowl kept stopping and taking more orders while preparing my bowl. Which I wasn’t please with because she kept the same gloves on while touching the register monitor and continued to use those same gloves to fix açaí bowls instead of changing the gloves. That’s a huge sanitary issue.

I visited the Chelsea Market location of Daily Goods today around 2pm and had a less-than-optimal experience.

Starting with an apathetic staff who was too busy folding towels on the front counter to take our order to waiting over 20 minutes for 2 açaí bowls when there were no orders ahead of me, this experience left me feeling like the $28 I had just spent was a waste.

I watched five associates behind the counter get little accomplished as one kept taking sips of leftover smoothie (poured into plastic shot glasses) that was previously made and another just watching the blender aimlessly as it worked.

Too, the size of the açaí bowl received was a pittance for the price. A small lump of dried out almond butter and a scoop of granola so small you can count the individual oats does not justify the cost.

At this level of service and the tiny portion received after such a long wait, charging $28 should be quite literally against the law.

I wish I actually knew what it tasted like but since they don’t open until 1030am - a product I thought was a breakfast type item - it’s closed when I get into work at 9a.
I miss the bagel place as a bfast option 😒

Staff don't remember the ingredients you've paid for. Pay for extra protein and you only get half a scoop. Avoid.
