CVS

Justin is the store manager and he is very helpful while customer shops. He answers questions and he is always busy with re stocking and assisting customer when he is at work. He can multi task and he is friendly.

I was out of meds and there was a problem with my prescription and they helped me. Very friendly and helpful and have a sign clearly stating their hours and lunch breaks.

I have been trying to get a flu vaccine, but so many pharmacies are booked up until December. Fortunately, this CVS had appointments available today. I made my appointment. They were great with sending out texts and email confirming. My appointment was at 2:45pm. I got there around 2:35pm, and I was done at 2:48pm. There was a very short wait, and the pharmacist who administered the show was friendly, quick and efficient. Very good experience.

Above and Beyond! My son had an infection and unneeded to get his antibiotic ASAP. This store did not have the medication, but they called all the local CVS locations and transferred the prescription there. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but in today’s world you don’t expect that. Especially with customer service at an all time low everywhere… Thank you very much Dea!!!

I live very close by the cvs(polifly). But every single time when I go to shop something in cvs my experience is always very bad. No one help me(cashier + pharmacist) both. I really don’t want to come and shop to my nearest cvs. Because of bad experience. But my last experience with the cashier name Scarleth ❤Omg was awesome. My coupon are not scanned in the self checkout. She ask me u need help😊 (that’s it, costumer only want respect). She helps me alot that day. She is the best. I think cvs(polifly) change their staff n that’s good. Now m very happy with cvs costumer service. Scarleth thank u so much dear. U such a good cashier n costumer representative. Thank you so much cvs for selecting these kind of good staff people.

Very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
I have been greeted or checked at the register by a friendly staff member practically every time I visit this store. It’s evident that the people working behind the register make it a priority to say hello to whoever just walked in the door, and if they’re not with a customer, they proceed to ask if they can help you find something. Tonight, a staff member was quickly walking by the aisle I was in and he actually stopped himself when he noticed me looking around, to ask if I needed any help. I did and he helped me find what I was looking for (soft tissues for my cold). Just the overall friendliness and attentiveness I notice each time I walk in, it goes a long way. Keep up the great job!

CVS Pharmacy is what you except from this type of retailer, vitamins, prescriptions, birthday cards, makeup, limited food items & quick item pickups!

This is my favorite location in the area. I've been coming here since I was a kid. The parking lot needs to be repaved lol. But besides that, what I need is usually in stock and the cashiers are always very nice.

When CVS Totowa couldn't help me... This pharmacy helped filled my prescription and it was ready soon as I arrived. I dont have insurance and one of the workers generously applied a coupon for me.

I’m a fan of the CVS at Polifly plaza in Hackensack New Jersey! The store is clean and the staff there is very helpful 😊
